Holiday rentals with breakfast in Philadelphia

I had a wonderful time staying at Julie's house. They make you feel home and they treated me very kindly. Highly recommended.

The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Samuel is an outstanding host, very responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Thanks again for the excellent stay!

The place is in a good location. It was safe and not too far from downtown Philly. I took an Uber into town each day and then took one back whenever I was done. Shannon does provide rides (for a fee) for her guests when she’s home and available, which was nice. The only negative is that one must climb several flights of stairs to get to the room. Other than that it was an overall good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing for a night stay! Firstly, the host was very responsive. I was sent clear rules and requirements for this place. Very clear and direct. This is an apartment in a quiet neighborhood and the whole unit is very quiet. It made sense they also expect you to be quiet in their place. The whole neighborhood was so quiet that when a car drove by you could clearly hear it. The room was very spacious. More than enough room to stretch. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. A towel in the bedroom. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. Very clean throughout the place. This might not be the place if you don’t bring a car and expect to just walk around the corner and find all the attractions, but to me it was everything I could ever ask for. Very clear instructions. Very easy communication. Will stay here again :)

House was very spacious. It had everything we needed. I was nicely impressed by the stocked supplies in kitchen if needed . The house made us feel comfortable and we were able to stay under one roof and it not cost us an arm and leg! Thank you for supplying the xtra fan when we needed xtra air! We would love to use his place again when we come back! I will refer to friends when coming your way. Thanks again

Lovely home in Glenside! Joe's house is warm, bright, cheerful and welcoming. Joe was very welcoming and we had a wonderful conversation about family, music, and other things. The backyard is also lovely - there's a family of cardinals that live there. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Sharon and Bill were excellent hosts. Great to have conversations with and loved the homemade breakfast. They were super proactive and lovely at welcoming us to their home. Would be nice if we could stay there again. Lots to do in the area close to Philadelphia.

Our family loved staying at Gary’s place for our Philly vacation. It was incredibly clean, we felt secure in the house and neighborhood, and the free parking made it so easy for us to come and go. The home is exactly what you see in the listing, and Gary is an excellent host with super quick response time and detailed instructions and recommendations.

Great location in Manayunk. Walkable to downtown. Having a parking spot was ideal. The space is beautiful and unique. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again on another trip to Philly!

Rob and Amanda’s place was what I was looking for. The place is at the center of everything, making it easy to get to where I needed to be for the few days I stayed. The hosts gave excellent explanations and were responsive and kind.

Great place. Very nice and spacious apartment. Very Comfortable. Walking distance to bus route to take you into the city center. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect spot for a family needing multiple bedrooms. My family was in Philly for a nearby wedding. This Airbnb is in an up and coming neighborhood with a coffee shop, brewery, and restaurant within walking distance. Although it’s located above a breakfast/lunch restaurant, it was quiet and private, especially in the bedrooms which are in back. The kitchen and living room made for a great place to hang out with takeout food. We really enjoyed breakfast downstairs at Taylor’s and were pleasantly surprised that Si had left a gift card. Parking was easy with clear instructions from Si. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Noemi’s place. Check-in was easy and she was responsive any time we reached out. Would stay here again in the future!

Marcia is nice, friendly, and responsive. The place is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The place is close to transit stations (a regional rail station, a few bus stops, and a trolley station). There're several stores and restaurants close to the the rail station. The neighborhood is peaceful. In all, during my stay, I felt at home, and would like to stay again if I have a chance!

The whole experience was surreal: a beautiful country mansion set among farmland (alpaca, sheep emu!), yet within minutes of shopping and restaurants Absolutely beautiful suite in the true tradition of a bnb. Highly recommended

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

Absolutely wonderful on all fronts! 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and will happily stay here again!

Location was great… near stores & some restaurants. Most of it was private & quiet… my room (201) had a spacious en suite bathroom and peaceful green views. Had coffee & snacks daily downstairs ( nice Keurig machine!). Overall, met & exceeded expectations.

Always great to stay at Jo-Ann's! We came for my brother's graduation at Swarthmore. The house is cozy, the room is comfortable, and Jo-Ann is very kind and helpful. We're glad to have found her place and are grateful for her hospitality.
