Parking, ski storage with ski boot dryer free of charge at the property.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

We, four adults and four children felt comfortable right away in the beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment. We especially liked the large kitchen, where eight people can cook up together. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes. We took the bus to Nauders, which was very convenient. There is a large, lovingly designed garden with terrace, which we also used in March for sunny coffee pals. Sonja and Christian are very friendly and helpful hosts. We had some bad luck with colds and ski accidents and the two kept inquiring about how it was going and gave us chocolate to encourage us. We would come back any time!

We had a fantastic stay with Claudia. The apartment is large, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. We enjoyed the lovely rain shower and bath. Very nice that there is also a sauna that you can use every day, and that the fresh bread from the bakery can be delivered to you. Furthermore, we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the beautiful, quiet area.

Located in a quiet area and well equipped. The apartment is, for example, an ideal base to explore the great mountains from there. Arrival and departure were very straightforward and flexible. Communication with the hosts was helpful (e.g. valuable tips for the area), friendly and straightforward. I would come back anytime!

Miriam was a great host ! She picked up the phone at night to navigate me to the chalet . I came so late because my car broke down and Miriam helped me to get in the chalet . Miriam took so good care of us , always ready to help out , the breakfast was outstanding. Everything was clean , fresh and up to date . It was better than in the pictures ! We had a great time and I would definitely come back !
