Very clean and well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We stayed 5 days with Angela and Alex and had a very nice stay in the beautiful old farmhouse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, we slept well and we could enjoy the beautiful large garden. We can therefore highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come again

Lovely place in a quiet area with private parking. Plenty of space in the apartment. The birds were not disturbing us during the stay.

Great location, great architecture, perfect decor. Fantastic for design lovers. Were even allowed to check out later, as it was not rented again directly after us. Perfect 👍

A spectacular place, Till is very kind, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations of activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome package for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely top for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

Dream place, with so many flowers and plants!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We stayed with Violetta for 5 days, were greeted in a very friendly manner and were able to reach Violetta at any time. The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking the magnificent nature. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We were there for two nights and felt comfortable right away. Large living area. Especially with children really great. It couldn't have been better ☺️

Christina and her family offer a truly lovely stay. The location is perfect — peaceful and serene, yet just a short drive from some of the most beautiful sights in the German Alps. Staying here felt like being in a cozy alpine cabin. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, perfect for a quick meal after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was enjoying dinner on the balcony while watching the sun set over the mountains. While there's no AC, with the skylights open (just don’t forget to close them before you head out!), a gentle summer breeze keeps the space cool and comfortable in the evenings. Everything feels fresh here — even the birds seem extra cheerful, singing every morning. Parking was easy, and Christina was proactive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for rest, nature, and a welcoming home base in the Alps.

Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

We spent 12 days there on summer vacation in the preseason. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Check-in was super easy. Listing was clean, cozy, and just as described. Julija was very friendly and easy to reach. Everything went smoothly - I can definitely recommend it!
