Holiday rentals with a patio in Petersburg

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get there by walking in under 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The canal walk is close and there is a playground across the street.

Third time staying at the Eileen building and always great! Hosts are super responsive, the accommodation is excellent - spacious, clean and comfortable, and lots of little touches to make you feel right at home in a great location - I would thoroughly recommend….

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

We enjoyed our stay in Manchester very much! We had fun exploring the area, but it was also very close and convenient to downtown Richmond. The house is a nice size, and parking was easy. The mattresses were also very comfortable! Overall, a great stay.

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

Sylvester met with me when I arrived and showed me around. The unit is part of a detached garage but it doesn’t feel like it. There were some renovations being done above the unit but he was very upfront about that and checked up on me to make sure it wasn’t too much of a disturbance. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of food/shopping options if you don’t mind driving 20 minutes or so.

The home is beautiful, as is the entire neighborhood. The kitchen, bathrooms and linens were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing mentioned by the group, was that they would’ve liked more games or cards. It’s really a minor matter compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic. Thank you, Ben for allowing us to stay in your home.

I am always impressed when an Airbnb host gets it right. And Tristana gets it right. Her lovely home is just as described. Charming, comfortable and convenient. My husband and I used it as our base for a concert we were attending at the new Allianz Amphitheater on the James River in Richmond. It was a quick Uber ride from the neighborhood, and we loved the fact that we were able to walk to a wonderful place, recommended by Tristana, for dinner. Once we parked, we never had to move the car again. The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined, with ample street parking. We loved sitting on the front porch listening to the sounds of nature. And Tristana has literally thought of providing everything you could think of to make your stay wonderful. I mean who has lens cleaning solution available for your use? Tristana does. I would not hesitate to stay here again for any future visit to Richmond. I highly recommend.

This home and this neighborhood is old and completely charming. Walking inside through the front door just feels good— everything is tastefully furnished and decorated with just the right touch of modern amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Truly well done and a big thank you to our hosts! Blair was so responsive and helpful. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay here again.

An amazing place to stay in the Fan district, walkable to so many great places. Extremely responsive host, great communication and even anticipates needs. She generously had bottled water delivered when the city of Richmond was under a boil water advisory while we were there. The house is a lovely with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor space as well. Would def stay again!

Perfect Haven! Loved the home. It was exactly what we needed. Lot's of space for a large family. All the amenities we needed and close to everywhere we needed to go. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, private, parking was convenient and the last-minute booking was clutch. Reasonably priced and the place has a front porch to lounge on. A+ experience.

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

Comfortable place in a great location. Rooftop deck has great views of the neighborhood and sunset. Place was comfortable and clean, with character, fitting for an old city building, like old tile fireplaces and gas lamps, heart pine floors. Loved it!

This was such a gorgeous airbnb! way more spacious than the photos let on. Rachel was also a very helpful and responsive to any problems or needs I had. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for night life and a party scene. Clubs are around the corner as well as food and tons of things to do.

I loved the home , I booked same day they were quick to get me and my family in ! Very spacious , clean the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe they have a backyard with a fire pit we didn’t use it but it was super cute . I loved the balcony it was so nice and comfy to just sit and watch everyone walk their dogs . Would definitely stay here again felt very safe and at home not to mention so close to ALOT of things

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!
