This place was the perfect location for an easy drive to our daughter's wedding venue at Historic Jasmine. The house was extremely roomy, had everything we needed for our family. Kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. Interior doors, cabinets, bathrooms, etc were clearly marked. Awesome parking area. We had a U-Haul trailer with us and the circle driveway worked out perfectly for easy coming and going. Very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

Hot tub with a great view was what we were looking for and that’s what we got! Melissa was an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Good communication, great value, and flexible with a small adjustment that was needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a few days!! The Resort certainly lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every detail that was meticulously prepared for us. The host was more than helpful and accommodating for our group of 5 which included two teenagers and my mom who benefited from the accessible floorplan. The weather was perfect for the pool too. Thank YOU and we cannot wait to return the next time we are visiting family in Richmond.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

We rented this house to attend my son’s graduation and the photos do it no justice. Beautiful house, spacious and very clean. Malik the host was great and accommodating, he secured a lost package until we arrived days before we were scheduled to arrive. If i am ever in the area I will make sure to check if it is available.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This was our second stay in a short period of time. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the space. Everyone commented on how peaceful and homey it felt. Overall great experience. Violet communicates very well and is very responsive. If you are visiting RVA this is a great place to stay.

Perfect Haven! Loved the home. It was exactly what we needed. Lot's of space for a large family. All the amenities we needed and close to everywhere we needed to go. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the Duck Blind for the weekend, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Alexander is a great host and very responsive. The place is very nice and indeed feels like a hideout. It was beautiful, modern, and within walking/driving distance of our entire weekend of events. We loved the place so much we tried to extend our stay, but Alexander already had other guests booked. Would definitely recommend.

My family needed a place within the area to stay while emergency work was being performed on our home. Booking Mateo's place was painless and easy. My family of 4 had an amazing stay at Logan's place. We were in Richmond for a family wedding so it was great to have a spacious place in a charming neighborhood to spend out down time. We walked around and visited a local coffee shop/roaster and patisserie. We had no issues finding street parking and loved this area of town. The unit was immaculate, beautiful and well-provisioned. Thanks for a fantastic home away from home!

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

wonderful space we got to have meals in the back porch and play pool in the evening. such a fun get away spot.

Cute, quaint AirBnB that had everything we possibly needed for our short weekend stay. it was nice to have some seclusion for ourselves and our dogs. It is next to a main road so you can hear cars driving during the day, but this was not a problem at night. Loved the direct access to the bike path!

I definitely recommend staying here! Very communicative with me on any updates. I felt like I was at home!
