The best stay we ever had! The house had everything we needed!

Perfect family getaway. It was nice that each of our adult children could have their own room and none of them shared a wall with another. (We did not use the 6th room that connects and is over the garage). Plenty of areas for socializing separately. And it was so nice to have enough plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, etc that everyone who can stay in the house can cook and eat more than once before needing to do dishes!!! (This includes bath and pool towels). It was within 15 minutes of a Kroger and a Walmart for anything you may need. It was not quite as remote as it seemed to us in the pics and there were cats on the property that wanted attention. But neither of those would stop us from staying again. We really enjoyed the pool!

Nicole was, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with thoughtful touches thoughtfully placed throughout the home—each one clearly personalized with our family in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a close friend’s house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless. Nicole’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

The lake house was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the lake, herons. and geese that come to the lake. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed meals on the screened porch. Other family members rented the Stone House and it was a great weekend to swim, relax in the hot tubs, play cornhole and be together.

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Absolutely perfect! What a gem! (And what a deal!) We needed to be close to a convention center for a week. Lisa's home was the perfect retreat from our busy/loud days. The house was clean and had more than enough space inside. The shower was GREAT! It was also nice to control the temperature on "our side" of the house with our own thermostat. Outside was such a bonus. We could sit outside and read or play games and swimming laps/relaxing on a raft was SO nice. Her neighborhood is so quiet. Traveling as a lady with a child, I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable. The pictures and description are completely accurate. Lisa and her doggies (so friendly) greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were settled. If we saw her in passing, she was very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation and it was very nice to see those pups! :-) If we are traveling to the area again, I will look to book Lisa's place first!

Great place in an awesome location!

Lovely vacation spot to stay close to creation museum. Beautiful historic home with lovely renovations. Walking distance from some lovely restaurants.

Great location as we planned to visit the Ark the next day as we passed through. Was easier than a motel for a group of 9.

This year was our second time at this home and everything was wonderful. We enjoy it every time we visit and appreciate our time there. Debra was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. we will definitely be back again!!

Stephen and Sharon have been outstanding hosts the two times we have been there! We are relocating to their area and they have been so accommodating in helping us through this process. We look forward to telling our out of town guests about their place.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s a great location for everything in northern KY and south Cincinnati. Everything is 10 to 15 minutes away. And there are plenty of restaurants in a 10 to 15 minute walk. Please make sure you visit Golden Gelato 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk around the corner. Jenn, the host, is fabulous to work with. Very responsive and very helpful. It’s a really comfortable, laid back place to stay.

When we first exited the highway towards Petersburg we wondered where the windy roads were taking us but very quickly discovered a little town just far enough out of the way to be quaint and quiet yet close enough to everything we needed. The cleanliness of The Parlour House was just as all the other reviews has said, it was VERY clean which made settling in quick and easy making it feel like a home away from home. Well equipped with all the amenities we needed yet didn't have too many extra nicknacks that we were having to move things around to make room for our things—well done! A gem of a place for us and family friends to enjoy a getaway together while visiting the area.

Exceeded our expectations, we loved everything about this house. Was perfect for our family of 8. Eric’s communication was better than we’ve ever had in the past as well. Will definitely rent from him again.

This house was everything it needed to be. Rec room was perfect for the "loud" area with kids, kitchen had everything we needed to eat in each day, plenty of showers, beds and bathrooms. Kitchen and living area was big enough to accommodate anyone cooking but not be disconnected from the rest of the group. Outdoor living area was a huge win. Temperatures were in the 90s but with the fan and shade it was a nice retreat. Thanks for the great stay!

Great house that is near restaurants and grocery. We loved it!

Great place! Very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen for meals. Located close to many restaurants and grocery store. Check in was easy. Stephanie communicated in a timely manner with answers to any questions that came up during our stay.

The house looks exactly like the photos. We hung out in the garage every night and had a blast. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 in there and plenty of activities to entertain us all. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms and 3 community spaces, so people also have the option of doing their own thing if they prefer. The bedrooms are spacious with huge closets. I like being able to unpack and put all my luggage away when I travel, so this was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was also nice. The house is located just down the road from Bulleit Distillery and about 25 minutes from Buffalo Trace, which is our favorite distillery, so that worked out great. From there, we could get to any distillery we were interested in visiting in about 45 minutes or less. The host of the property was fantastic to work with and was very responsive. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend this home!

This was a “cousins camp” with the grandparents and grands in quite a variety of ages. The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and just as described. Even though we could not get the address before its time, Josh guided us to a close-by supermarket to grocery shop online and have food upon our arrival. A couple of times we contacted him, his response was within minutes. The kids also thought “this house is great!” I wouldn’t doubt in recommending this place. Well done!!

We had a great stay at the Green House and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was charming, clean, met our needs and was in walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to a nearby grocery store.

This place is charming, SPOTLESS, and well-appointed! Great hang-out space in the kitchen and the living room. Beautiful renovations and cool decor - all the games are a really fun extra. Great cooling system and ceiling fans kept it cool even when temps were almost 90 outside. Comfy beds and nice bedding. Great water pressure and rainfall shower heads. We were there for a memorial service, so didn’t do much going out, but there is a fabulous historic restaurant right next door and a gorgeous revitalized downtown within in walking distance or a quick 5-min drive. I was just bummed we weren’t there long enough to check out all the cute spots. I’m rambling a bit, but I really just can’t say enough good things about this place!
