You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. You will have use of your own private queen bedroom in the east wing of my home in the peaceful suburb of Doubleview. I am only a short driving distance to fabulous Scarborough beach & Brighton beach; Innaloo & Karrinyup shopping centres; Event Cinemas; Jackadder Lake; and walking distance to Hale Hockey Club; and Hale School. Our lovely home is a seven-minute walk (600m) to the pristine shores of Warnbro Beach; go for a swim, coastal walk, or take in the sunset with a glass of wine. If you’re feeling energetic, there’s a 9.8km footpath that hugs the coast and provides some spectacular views. Close to all amenities, our home is within walking distance from the local tavern, liquor store, fast-food outlets, a hairdresser, and beauty salon. At the end of the street, there’s a park with a playground, and a bus stop.

This stylish place is close to must-see destinations including Kings Park and the city center. Public transport is close, 5 minutes walking, it is frequent/13 minutes to the CBD. It is a spacious home with a maximum of two/three 3 guests at any given time. Parking on site is available, airport port pickup/ drop off can arranged.There is no provision for more than one guest per bedroom. All bedrooms have new king size single beds. Cooking facilities are primarily available for breakfast.
