The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees.
