Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perth

Family of 4 with 2 children. We like this place so much and truly enjoyed our stay. The whole place is so beautifully decorated at every corner and smells amazing with the aroma scents! Thanks Michelle & Brad for being a great host and offering local recommendations for place of interests and restaurants. We would stay here again when we come back to Perth :)

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The place was clean and perfect for 7 of us. We enjoyed our stay.

This accommodation was amazing. Everything we needed was available including a well equipped kitchen with sauces, spices and coffee machine, a good sized bedroom with ample cupboard space and spacious bathroom. The surroundings were very private and quiet, with lots of birds visiting the garden too. I would highly recommend if visiting Perth.

We had a lovely stay at Lyn’s place. Lyn was very thoughtful, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. We were so thankful that were baby amenities available (high chair, cot etc) and Lyn even prepared books suitable for our toddler. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided. Thank you so much Lyn for the great hospitality!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Fantastic home in a great location - very easy walk to beach shops and cafes/pub/restaurants . Spotlessly clean - very comfortable beds and lounge area. Great communication from Tania - highly recommend

We had an amazing stay, the villa is spotlessly clean. Very relaxing feeling to the villa, lots of nice seating areas. We had lots of BBQS and everything we needed was there. The pool area was fantastic and my son loved the games room which had plenty to do in it. Kathy was really responsive to any messages and very friendly. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others. 5* really amazing place to stay and chill. thanks Carrie

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

There’s something about leaving 5 minutes before a reservation and still arrive early. Had the best time, couldn’t recommend it more.

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. Great place, loved that we could walk to the zoo (could even hear the lion roar!) Good location, easily accessed. Would definitely stay again. Brad and Jenn are great to deal with.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

Its our second time back at the Lake Retreat. Our stay was great with Cam and Vikki ever so responsive and giving us clear instructions etc. The surrounding was peaceful and located nearby amentities and mall within 10 mins driving distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you once again :)

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey provided high quality amenities. We appreciated the food left out for us and also the coffee capsules! The size of the studio, thou compact had all that you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided clear instructions on the drop off so that we can access the lift with all our luggages. The only downside is that the building is a little old but the interior is modern and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Shey also provided us with softer pillows the next morning after we feedback that the pillows were too hard. Overall, we had a really great stay for my family.
