House holiday rentals in Perledo

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

Fantastisk plats och fantastiska omgivningar. Mycket bra instruktioner, det var lätt att hitta huset. Huset ligger bra till, ett stort plus är parkeringsplatsen och så förstås terrassen med underbar utsikt. Daniele är en mycket bra värd, lätt att nå. Vi fick mycket bra tips. Vi skulle absolut rekommendera att bo i huset!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The place and location were perfect. A few minutes walk to the ferry port, restaurants, train station, grocery, & swimming spots. The apartment was spacious and clean. Having a washer was a plus. The neighborhood was safe. We felt right at home. Most importantly, the communication with Daniele and Fabio were excellent. They even recommended us to take the Varenna Express bus from Milan for a hassle free trip. We highly recommend!

I was truly enchanted by my experience at this Airbnb, where I had an extremely pleasant stay! To begin with, the view along the way from Varenna to the house is absolutely charming - one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. With each turn uphill, a new breathtaking and magical moment. The house is incredibly cozy, charming, well-organized, clean, and features a very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen - not to mention the stunning view of Lago di Como and the mountains. It’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy peaceful moments. The hosts were very attentive and helpful from the very first contact, and communication was always clear and efficient. Staying in this house made my experience in Varenna even more special. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for a few extra days. I absolutely recommend it and I will definitely come back in the future!

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We are a family of 5 staying at Daniela’s place. Daniela is super friendly and proactive. We particularly love the garden that is full of jasmine flowers and we enjoyed having dinner in the garden almost every day. One set back is that the bathroom of the main bedroom is a bit humid without a fan for ventilation. We had to keep the bedroom back door open to keep the ventilation.

We hebben fijne twee weken in het appartement gehad. Schoon, top gelegen qua uitzicht op het meer. En als er iets is, dan is dit prima met Attá enof Claudia af te stemmen. Privacy was prima. Soms iets teveel blaffende hond vd buren. Samenvattend een geslaagde periode. Tip: hou er rekening mee dat er in het appartement geen stabiele wifi is en geen koffieapparaat. Dus neem deze zelf mee, zoals wij, als je van koffie houdt :)

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

We loved staying at sisters house . Great location, clean, great amenities . Elena was easy to work with and very responsive and flexible . She booked restaurants for us and was very helpful . We highly recommend staying here. Ciao!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place! It was in a beautiful location, close enough to Bellagio to get there by bike but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the lake. Great local spots around & a private beach area. Couldn’t recommend enough! Francesca is so kind and hospitable!

Einfach unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub dort. Maria ist eine warmherzige und liebenswürde Gastgeberin. Die Ubterkunft und der Blick übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz ohne Ende, Hängematte, Grillstelle, Terasse zum Frühstücken, direkt an der Natur mit dem wohl besten Blick auf den Comer See den es geben kann. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man ohne Auto kommt. Es gibt einen steilen direkten Anstieg mit Treppen circa 20-30 min von Rezzonico, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. 200 hm auf circa 1 km. Die Straße ist flacher aber etwas länger. Man kommt mit dem Bus von Como ganz gut nach San Siro, aber die Pünktlichkeit ist bei dem Verkehr in der Hochsaison nicht machbar. Es gibt eine super Pizzaria im Ort aber auch selbst Kochen und den Blick von oben genießen ist perfekt. Durch die Höhe und den Wald ist es an der Unterkunft auch nicht ganz so heiß, wie weiter unten. Naomis Häuschen im Wald ist ein Traum! Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, auch um selber zu kochen, und wunderschön gelegen. Naomi war super lieb und hat uns sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bereitgelegt! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um Sich zu entspannen, Lugano und Umgebung oder die umliegenden Berge zu erkunden! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
