Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Perledo

This place was beautiful! Lake access and had everything we needed. Carmen was a wonderful host and I hope we are able to return in the future!

This place was fantastic! Not only is there a beautiful and open kitchen and a cozy bedroom and bathroom. The location in Bellano is stellar. Just a minute outside of the bustle of town. Every time we visited another town, would couldn’t wait to get back to Bellano which felt like a home. Thanks to this stay.

A very peaceful and quiet place that felt like home. Absolutely stunning and breathtaking views of the mountains that even photos don't do justice. The hosts were incredible and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We bought fresh bread and coffee for breakfast every morning within minutes of walking, and enjoyed them on the patio with the view of the mountains and the sound of the river.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. This very nice Chalet (which might have been an old Rustico) is in a really prime location, with magnifincient views over the lake and the mountains. The location is very quiet, also as it is at the end of a tiny private road. The house is well-equiped, and well prepared for us. We are a family with 2 small kids (5 and 11), who enjoyed the views, the garden and the wild life (especially the lizards) all around the house. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Michele was a great host, communicated with us about how to get to Bellagio, left a nice basket with food and drunks for us, and even picked us up with his car when it was pouring rain and we were far from the Airbnb. All around a very hospitable and nice person. The house was incredible, and we got to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for everything!

Not to be missed!! A great place to spend magical days at Lake Como. We found Varenna to be the pick of the villages and this apartment a great option. The apartment is bigger than expected, great bedroom with sizeable spa, the location was perfect...close to all main attractions and restaurants and a warm and welcoming host!! Stay here, it's money well spent!!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible stay. Location was perfect - beautiful and quiet. Ferry access in town and garage parking were great amenities. Private dock access was nice - Nicola helped us arrange a boat rental and we were picked up right at the dock. Clean, crib for baby provided. Nicola was very helpful and always available. A few things to note: for grocery store, 15-20 m drive. Trash has to be disposed at public area: 12m walk. Thank you Nicola, we will be back!

Villa Fede is absolutely the perfect stay to explore Lake Como. Michela is very helpful, thoughtful and an incredible host. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

This villa was a gem and was perfectly sized, even for a large group (7 of us). It was clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, modern tv with lots of DVDs to choose from and a hi-fi unit for music. The garden was also lovely. We made good use of the sheltered table and chairs, and the deck chairs and table tennis for when the weather was sunny. The location was fantastic, offering panoramic views of Lecco and the mountains. It is well connected to Lecco despite being further up the hills through the number 4 and 1 buses Lecco is a wonderful small city, it has plenty of places to eat and shop with great connections to Milan and other nearby locations. Elena was a lovely host, leaving some gifts for us when we entered and offering advice on what to do around Lecco and nearby locations. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to experience Lecco and Lake Como.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Bellagio! The house was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the villa were absolutely stunning — a perfect backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The location was ideal: just a short drive to grocery stores, downtown Bellagio, and the lake, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in such a charming town. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The house was equipped with all comforts, with a wonderful swimming pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped and to our surprise there were already all kinds of breakfast items ready. The fridge was also filled with water and soft drinks – super hospitable! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who explained everything clearly and calmly. We felt immediately welcome. In short: a perfect place for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommended!

I cannot recommend this villa more. It is up a hill so it’s best if you have a car and you’ll be rewarded with amazing views and a gorgeous yard. The villa was spacious, artfully appointed yet cozy, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. It truly felt like a home while I was there and it was incredibly peaceful. Make my vacation memorable!

Stunning place. Definition of an amazing view. Absolute quiet and remote place and yet 10mins to Lidl.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Charming place in the middle of nature, clean and tidy house. The host left us snacks, drinks and everything we needed to cook. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Andy was always very helpful and hospitable, thank you for everything. I can highly recommend the place. I would love to come back - next time with my family.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the place very much. The nice thing was: Our dogs were also very welcome. The rooms were just sufficient from the square, but the garden is huge and the private swimming pool leaves nothing to be desired. The large outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling, cooking and getting together. We would recommend the place right away and are already considering when we will go again:)
