The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

The small, charming schoolmaster's house dates back to 1461. The apartment is located on the Kreppeberg near the banks of the Isar (about 950m). The Isar can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. Underground station U3 Thalkirchen, as well as bus are nearby.
