The accommodation has greatly exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The apartment is clean, well equipped (even has board games) and has a breathtaking view. The condominium is complete and has pools, a good restaurant, playground, soccer field, beach bar, beach service, beach tennis court and a calm and clean sea. We loved the trip and we'll be back.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

I had a perfect experience! The house was impeccably clean, very well organized and the host was extremely attentive, leaving everything prepared so that we didn't have any problems. I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

I loved my stay, it's simple, it has the basics there to get by in the kitchen, I felt extremely cozy. I stayed for 6 days and every day I went to a beach, both in nearby cities and in São Sebastião itself. I loved it!!!!!! Manuela and her husband made us feel very comfortable and at home. The North Coast is the jewel of the state.

Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. Great stay! Great view to the beach and to the ocean. Nice beaches with few minutes drive. The apartment has everything and well-equipped. Elizete was a nice host.

The site is cozy, has all the utensils necessary to make meals on site, has privacy, the outdoor area of the inn has muiiitas plants and was one of the things I liked the most! I'd definitely go back to bed.

Very well located , practical and very clean apartment. Good mattresses , towels and linens. The only thing missing would be to be able to access the laundry room.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
