Perfect location, easy to live incredible moments. Perfect reception by the building staff, all very kind. The host is always present and quick to respond. Super friendly and participative. I stayed for a week and highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

Our Loft experience was wonderful. The view is beautiful both day and night. It is well located and is easy access, close to a very complete market as well as the beaches of the center. Thauan and Dé welcomed us very well, and the structure of the loft served us perfectly. I had my dog and being able to bring him on the trip was really cool! We will definitely come back again thank you very much

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

The stay was wonderful, the house was super clean organized and the view is amazing! Seeing the sea from every side of the house is cozy and relaxing. Beautifully prepared kitchen, comfy beds and we love to use the bathtub. We can feel all the affection and charm caiçara inside the house, we like it very much! We hope to return very soon. Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! It was totally worth it, it was a really cool experience. The place is extremely quiet, and the beach that is very close is also very beautiful. Alberto's attention was a 10! We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We love the flat! Everything very clean and very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and description. The natural pool that has in the condominium is indispensable of so wonderful!
