House was beautiful and perfectly set up for accommodating a larger group. The pool, hot tub, and games were all well maintained and a ton of fun! The wooded backyard and tall fences make it feel like you have no neighbors at all, making for a very peaceful setting. Meghan was very helpful, responsive, and kind. We highly recommend both property and host!

Like renting your own hotel. When sitting at the dining room table, it almost feels like a cruise ship...the view. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Great place for our family and our anniversary!

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect for our family! We especially loved the deck right next to the water—it was the most peaceful spot to relax . The hot tub and pool were big hits too, and the location couldn’t have been better for our fishing charter. Tony was a fantastic host—super nice and flexible, which made everything easy. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and being so close to the beach made it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. The location was ideal, with plenty to do nearby but still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything went off without a hitch.

Loved our stay here, peaceful & relaxing. Beautiful little patio to grill & enjoy the hot tub. We visited a local donut shop & Amish farm while staying here and got some delicious sweet treats, plus plenty of state parks & lakes near the area to see! Overall would highly recommend the host/location, thank you for having us!

I stayed here with my two toddlers (1 and 3), my husband, and my parents. We loved it!! There was a ton of room for us all and Julie has thought of everything - pool floats, k cups, extra toothbrush and mouthwash (for the men in your life that forget), games and toys for kids! The house was extremely clean which is especially nice if you have a crawler still. We want to come back next summer!

Visited Ludington to fish for a few days. Sarahs place was great. Has a beach feel and the beach is an easy walk away. Loved the house and town. Great shops and restaurants close. Sarah was extremely helpful.

This house was perfect for our group of 12. We went ATV riding and location was great for that. Wonderful setting that was so extremely quiet and relaxing. Would love to go back just to stay in the house.

My family and I selected Ellie’s house for fall break. We were seeking a destination that would help us recharge, relax and recoup. The setting of this home is so beautiful and relaxing. The back patio is perched above the picturesque Lake Hamlin. The house is equipped with many windows to help you enjoy the view from inside as well. We found just what we were looking for. I must give Ellie the highest compliment possible for her care, responsiveness, and friendliness. We had all needs met and she communicated very well before and during our stay. We would like to come back again someday! My family gives this home a 5/5.

The house was just perfect! It is tastefully decorated with Beach house vibes! Within walking distance to everything Ludington has to offer. Would definitely recommend to family & friends. Tiffany is a wonderful hostess & over all we had an amazing time!!!

Wonderful stay – highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Susie's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the silver lake, EZ Mart and fuel is right across the street. Susie was incredibly responsive and kind, offering helpful recommendations and making check-in/out smooth and easy. The attention to detail really made the stay feel special. From tour guides to extra toiletries, welcome chocolates. You name it and she had it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A fabulous place in a great location! Lots of beautiful views in a wonderful little town

David was very responsive whenever I had a question about something. Usually got back to me within minutes. Place was nice, clean and plenty of stuff to do at the house if you just wanted to stay in and relax. The lake was about a 5 minute walk from the property so the location was good. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!

This home is incredibly lovely. It was better than what we expected. We will be coming back! Amy was flexible with our check out and let us 5 extra hours to hang out on our last day. Very accommodating!!

If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is the perfect opportunity. This cottage will allow you to enjoy a no stress vacation. We had 7 over 60 women in in our group. It is a large place with tons of beds. All stairs had railings on them. Bathrooms did not have railings which made it difficult for some of us. Also there was no outside lighting which made it difficult for some of us. The lake was nice to swim in and the large umbrella near the beach was very nice to have. We enjoyed a beautiful campfire. Al in all it’s a perfect place for a vacation but might need a few tweaks for seniors 😀

We enjoyed a lovely stay on Roger’s Pond. Zachary was very responsive and made us feel at home! We wanted a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got! The view of the river did not disappoint and the view of the sunsets were spectacular. We loved that we had access to kayaks to explore the river.

Laurie has a beautiful place that met our accommodations of 7 perfectly!! We had a blast. Very clean, well stocked and the labeling was most helpful. Laurie was also great at communicating with me. Really appreciated the heads up with check in and check out. We will be back!

We were taking a road trip to celebrate our graduation and this was the perfect place! The host is very friendly and responsive. The house is kept very clean and everything was easy to find. It is exactly what you are paying for. We felt very safe and loved how private and peaceful it was. They gave great recommendations of things to do and place to eat. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The wind turbines were pretty cool to see and listen to. Also at night time you can see the stars clearly, a great view to witness.

Karen’s place was great. She was such a responsive and kind host, and even gave us recommendations of things to check out in the area. The home was lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay in the area!

The house is great setup for a relaxing family vacation. It is a nice quiet lake with a private beach and great fishing off the dock and around the whole lake. Our toddler loved the sand toys and we relaxed around the fire pit after dark. We also explored kid-friendly activities in Big Rapids and Mount Pleasant during our stay. The house was well-equipped and we really enjoyed our time here!
