Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peoria

Place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are a little tight with no dresser storage but was fine for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the common space areas and would highly recommend this house and this host.

2nd year staying here for my birthday with all my friends and it’s so much fun every time. So much to do while having your own privacy and plans with comfortable rules to abide by. It’s like a new home with a bunch of cool games and amenities, definitely recommend! Great host, leaves you to it and is responsive. Best birthdays ever here.

We loved our weekend stay here! Cindy was an excellent communicator, flexible, and the house was so well appointed we couldn't stop talking about it! From the pristine, well stocked kitchen, to the luxurious bathroom, the books and record player in the cozy living room, and comfortable linens everything was just perfect! We look forward to coming back again sometime!

Amie’s place was great and was perfect for our trip. I was in Peoria with a colleague for a work trip, and this was a much nicer option than being in yet another bland corporate hotel! This property feels professionally managed and everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were plentiful and new, and there were helpful extras (first aid, kitchen spices, iron and board, even a sewing kit) that you don’t always see in other places. TV and internet worked great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and wooded, but just a few minutes from downtown. The road below can be busy at times and the cars are moving quite fast (as there are no intersections nearby), so the left turn into the driveway can feel dicey if there’s oncoming traffic. Although, we didn’t notice any traffic noise in the evening and the bedrooms are towards the back, so it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, a great stay and we’d be happy to visit again in the future.

This was peaceful get away. Loved watching the birds, sitting on the front porch, grilling, playing games and chillin around the fire pit at night. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Everyone upstairs controlled their own heat/air so we got to regulate our own bedroom temperatures. The Farmhouse makes you feel like you are visiting family. Comfort away from home. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals instead of eating out. There were several nice hometown eateries near and did not take long to get to when we chose to go out to eat. Loved our stay at the Farmhouse. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and situated close to both downtown Bloomington and uptown Normal. There are lots of great restaurants and places to walk in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amanda is a great host. Communication was clear and helpful. Her place was very clean and well suited for the four of us that stayed over the weekend for my son's graduation at ISU. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's super easy to get to the campus or to grab a bite to eat. There's a little grocery store around the corner that i describe as a mini wholefoods market. We all enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Amanda's place as an alternative to staying in a noisy crowded hotel.

The unit was well supplied with everything we could have needed. It was very nice, just like the pictures on the website. Dan was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This is by far the cutest place we’ve ever booked. It’s tastefully decorated & very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The reserved off street parking was nice too. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Bloomington!

Great space, kitchen was large enough to cook comfortably and well stocked with essentials! LARGE comfortable bedroom with huge closet. Washers and dryers onsite so no need to haul laundry out or home. Amazing space and hosts, we would give it more than 5 stars if possible and our furbaby gives it 4 paws up!!!!! Looking forward to returning.

Amazing place! So much bigger than we anticipated and really great value. The host had recommendations for places to go and local restaurants. Very nice and responsive.
