A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

It’s small, but that’s what we were looking for, as we spent a lot of time away from the cabin. The cabin contained everything that we needed, and was not overstuffed with extra stuff.

We loved our stay. We visited mostly for our trip to Acadia, so we did a lot of back and forth driving, but our stay at Treetop was peaceful and perfect for our needs. We love the quiet and the beautiful view. The trail connected to the property was a huge bonus—our pup loved it! Suzanne was very helpful, detailed, and responsive. We appreciated her guidance!

Super cute rustic cabin, amazing location but remote. We enjoyed it very much, had a cute little porcupine eating the apples out of the tree next to us. Very “chill” vibe at this place, if you are looking for fancy… not for you.

Beautiful little bungalow about half an hour away from the Acadia National Park. It's a cozy wooden house with a little firepit and some trails around the area too if the big hikes get a little too much! They also have a farmer's market with some good options. All in all, wonderful stay!

Rick and Karens place was an absolutely beautiful relaxing getaway. It was a perfect central point to all we had planned for the weekend. It was so peaceful, we had the chance to see a few very nice deer right out front as we watched the sunrise. I would highly recrecommend anyone to take advantage of this space. The house was spotless and provided anything you could need for a very relaxing getaway. I look foreward to returning.

We loved our stay! We wanted something that felt like camping with some accommodations for the chillier temperatures in fall.

Cute place with everything we needed. Very peaceful and private location but close enough to Bar Harbor and hiking trails in the park. All in all, perfect for our needs.

Everything at the cottage was perfect. Carrie made sourdough bread, left jams and muffins for breakfast. The cottage was small, but felt more spacious when you got inside. Kerry was an awesome host. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a great stay. We really enjoyed the fire pit outside in the evenings. The home was very cozy and had everything we needed. Close drive to Bangor.

This cabin is really nice for two people and very well laid out - the bathroom is private, we had no problems cooking a simple dinner with the supplies provided, and it was chilly, but the woodstove kept the cabin comfortable. It’s just beautiful too. We loved sitting on the couch and looking out at the river, listening to music, and just having a relaxing weekend.. They leave little treats for you too here, including very high-quality coffee, which is highly appreciated.

We had an incredible stay at Brittany’s place, despite a weekend of rain!! :) It was warm and inviting and had all of the accommodations we needed (incl a lot of kitchen supplies). Brittany was also super responsive and easy to book with! The weather wasn’t the best, so we weren’t able to use the outdoor amenities like the deck and outdoor fireplace, but I loved my time in Maine so much, im already mentally planning my trip back! The one thing that I wanted to note about the house is that the hot water in the shower gets more and more cold with more uses, so if you have more people, just make sure to plan for that. Thanks for an incredible time!!

Mandi and Michael’s place was a dream come true! Our jaws dropped the moment we stepped foot out of the car and walked the path to the cabin. As hosts, they thought of everything we could need and more. Our stay at the Happy Loon was better than we could’ve imagined. Thank you both for making our trip so magical. This Airbnb was amazing in every way! We especially enjoyed the views of the mountains, the decor, how clean it was, the trees decorated with lights outside, and all the personal touches. It was inviting, comfortable, and had everything we could think of including sleds! (There was a privacy screen to put between the beds which was an added bonus). The Moody Mt. Cottage was the perfect location for a cozy winter getaway to hike and relax. We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed. Cait was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. We are so grateful!

We had an amazing stay! Ben was very responsive and helpful when it came to instructions on navigations and recommendations on places in the area! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! :)

stunning in the fall. feels very private even though it's next to other cabins. chairs in the back are awesome for view of falling leaves and woods. walkable to sandy point beach, but easy drive if necessary. amazing places to eat and shop in Belfast and surrounding area. we had an amazing trip.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. The outdoor shower is absolutely incredible; so well crafted! If you’re looking at the listing and hesitant to book due to the toilet situation - don’t be! It was cleaner than quite a few other places we’ve stated that had “real” bathrooms. The cabin itself had everything we needed and more (comfortable bed, extra blankets, anything you’d need to cook simple meals, etc.). Everything was very clean and the rules & checkout instructions were very clear, which was great because that is definitely not always the case when you book a place. Bethany is a gracious and responsive host and the area is incredible. If you’re looking for a place in this area, I highly recommend staying here if it’s available for your dates!

This quiet little cabin was exactly what we needed to get away from the noise. Southwest Harbor has SO many great food options (Harbor Table, Beal’s, Milagro, and The Common Good just to name some of our favorites.) The place was nice and tidy, with the addition of the cozy fireplace. It was perfect for the cloudy-rainy-cooler days of May. If we ever make it out to the area again, this is the place we’d be.

I cannot say enough good things about this airbnb. The scenery was so beautiful, like walking out into a fairytale tale. We visited in the fall which enhanced everything. The cabin was very comfortable, the bed was super comfy. It has everything you need including peace, serenity, and good vibes. We will be back!

Nice place to stay for Acadia trip, about 30-35 mins from the main portion of the park. Kitchenette worked well and street was pretty quiet

After spending two nights in this Airbnb, I've really enjoyed my stay as this mini home was spotless clean and very modern much due to all the appliances in the home being fairly new. Me and my family really enjoyed it here and we wish to come back.
