Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Overall, our stay at Kate’s was incredible! The family felt right at home, the kids had a big yard to run & be free, even see our morning bunny friends! The area was a perfect combination of relaxation & peace. Kate was an outstanding host! Met all of our needs for our infant which was beyond incredible. If anyone is to stay in the area, I would recommend Kate’s home 100%!

The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. From the beginning to the end we were very pleased with the accommodations that we received. Traveling with a large family isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially when you need to check in earlier than expected. We reached out to the host and for a minimal fee we received an early check in. James is literally one of the best hosts we’ve experienced in a while. The home is conveniently located in walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, and bistros. The next time we’re in Philly we look forward to staying there again.

What a wonderful place - it is without question my favorite thing in Philadelphia!! We were visiting with 4 teenagers and 2 moms, and it was so comfortable for us all. Beds were great, place was quiet, cannot beat location for walkability. This is what I sent directly to the hosts: "You are amazing hosts - best we've had in all our years with airbnb. So responsive, and above and beyond on taking care. All the explanations on places to go to eat, get groceries, park, everything. So amazing..."

Instructions and check-in were effortless, great location, plenty of restaurants and grocery near. The apartment, quite honestly exceeded my expectations...did not disappoint...If available next visit definitely a "go to" for me.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing, well designed apartment! Felt right at home!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This 1-room condo in Elkins Park exceeded all my expectations. The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway or a quick visit to the area. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close to local attractions, dining, and transportation. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Elkins Park. I’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

Host very responsive and accommodating for special request of an earlier check-in. Home was clean and clutter free.

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Richard is an amazing host & his place is terrific. Super friendly, beautiful home, an all around great experience. We will be back again.

A great place to escape in fishtown or your perfect crash pad for the weekend - plus you can cook there. TV was SO nice to have. Also love the decor.. Can’t beat the location…. Walk to so many cute shops, fun bars, restaurants. Bedroom is very cozy and I appreciated the included loofahs.

We have stayed at this house multiple times and this visit was just as good. The dogs loved the huge fenced in yard area, and we love the privacy and quiet of the area. The freshly-cut flowers in the kitchen were an added touch this time that we appreciated. This is close to family when we come to visit, so I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

A huge storm rolled into the area the day I was scheduled to check in at Ram's. Big enough that many of the trees and electric lines in the area were taken down. Ram was not in the area but as soon as I told him what was happening, he was in constant contact with me showing much concern about my situation. He made sure that I found a place to stay and that I wasn't to inconvenienced. I will be booking with him in the future without hesitation. He really proved to be a conscientious host.
