The house is perfect, very beautiful, everything was impeccable, it has several household items, the bed is comfortable, the pool is excellent, it has an outdoor kitchen that makes all the difference, they were wonderful days, Mr. Arcilio and Daniela are incredible people, my family felt at home, the best house we've ever stayed in, we'll be back for sure.

This was one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The scenery was stunning, and the setting felt wonderfully secluded yet still just 15 minutes from the nearest supermarket (via a charming, winding road). The house was very comfortable and included a lovely pool — a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty around. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

We had wonderful days. Interior of the spaces are a bit dated, but everything is clean. Pool and views really beautiful. The pool is shared with Farmhouse 2 but is fine to do. In the house also more than enough space, large kitchen. Communication with Hugo was fast and easy.

Great space, distinctive decor and above-average conditions. The very polite, attentive, friendly and available host. Repeat!

Had a perfect time. Margarida and her husband are very lovely and helpful. We enjoyed 5 days in their house. The accommodation was well equipped and groomed. We could play football, listen to music late in the night and play table games in the house til the Morning. They never felt disturbed or said we are too loud. I can totally recommend this, either for a Family Trip or a group of friends.

The most fantastic stay, we will definitely be back! The location and accommodation was even better than the photos and the host and staff were so friendly and approachable. The views from the entire place were fantastic. A very private and peaceful stay, and the breakfast baskets were very generous, full of fresh fruit, bread etc. We did a wine tasting on the vineyard and it was so reasonably priced and great wine. There was also a lovely peacock and cat that roamed the vineyard and came to say hello on occasion. Both pools were fantastic! Thank you for a really memorable holiday 🥰.

Mario and Cila’s home was one of the most beautiful I have stayed out. The house was an old olive oil mill, converted into a modern paradise. They thoughtfully incorporated the property’s history into the renovation. The home is beautiful but the grounds are next level! There is a running stream running along side and under the house with lush grounds and a wonderful pool. There is also a walking path to a little park with a waterfall! Super peaceful property. If you are looking for a getaway, look no further! Mario and Cila are super kind, gracious hosts! They welcomed us themselves and proactively provided tips and recommendations. Super appreciative of their hospitality.

The home was absolutely stunning and has an amazing view of the city below . The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful at night. The inside had a very modern aesthetic with lots of windows for natural light . All the photos in the post were accurate and are appreciated more in person. João was extremely responsive and would message me back no matter the time of day . And if there was any issues he would try to solve them promptly.

We spent a few wonderful days in this house and were absolutely delighted! The house is very clean, well maintained and cozy, you can see that it is really taken care of. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail — there were many useful things in the house that made life more comfortable and convenient. A special pleasure is the spacious terrace with a stunning view. In the mornings, we had breakfast outdoors, enjoying the silence and beauty around. Everything around was very quiet and peaceful — the perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hosts are a special thank you! Very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with them. This house has become a real cozy corner for us, and we will be happy to come back again!

I would give 10 stars if possible! The place is just amazing, Paulo and Isabelle created a beautiful paradise with a breathtaking view and everything one needs for an unforgettable holiday. Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

The countless reviews say it all: this place and Murilo's hospitality are both exceptional. Best to check it out for yourself as my review won't do it justice. A few highlights: the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is family friendly, and the landscape is amazing. This is my favorite airbnb booking, and I travel a lot. Everything perfect, Mr. José responds very quickly. Casa excellent, check-in with Mr. José who was very attentive.

It was an amazing weekend. We felt at home. We enjoyed the cold nights by the fireplace and with family games. Our pet was super happy with the green areas. Clean and comfortable linens. In addition to excellent communication with the host, always available and polite.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tue’s house. It is a great size with good bedrooms and plenty of living space. Ideal for our family of 7. The house is well equipped with plenty to do - swimming pool, bikes, pool table, large garden etc. The local area is very quiet with a good beach and some nice local walks. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, which was unfortunate and meant we couldn’t make full use of the pool etc. but it was great on the sunny days. It could perhaps be improved with some soft covers for the sun beds and maybe another sun umbrella. All in all though we had a great stay.

This is an extremely comfortable place to stay in a beautiful part of Portugal. The Douro Brothers are great hosts. Everything was in order and all we had a very nice time. Muito Obrigado!

I went with 6 others. We had a really good time. The villas were stunning and the pool was great. I would recommend getting a car if you go here though.

The house and its surroundings are truly designed to give a family everything they need to have fun and rest. Nothing is missing and everything is very tasteful. House with good appliances and outdoor spaces that motivate and help good living. Wood oven, stove and rustic kitchen, barbecue with crockery and cold support, beautiful tables that can accommodate everyone. Children's playground, toy house, swimming pool with wonderful lawn, good loungers to relax. Shaded spaces with rocks and trees, a small tank with fish for the children to say good morning, a background music of silence and birdsong mixed with the laughter of children and at night a starry sky. A little paradise Impeccable cleanliness and amenities. I recommend

Náhir and her Sister are great hosts responded very quickly when we needed help. Their place is very cozy and central highly recommended when staying in Porto.

Of all the Airbnb we have stayed, Francisca's house is one of the best. The house is great with comfortable beds, and the grounds around are amazing, with beautiful views. We were there in early June, and having breakfast outside was amazing. Francisca had eggs and lettuce for us, and there were oranges to pick up from trees for breakfast. The house is located within short drives to Braga, Guimareis, and Porto, so you can take day trips there and come back to this peaceful place. Francisca is a very good host, and we liked staying there because it is a family business.

Thank you for a wonderful stay with a great view of the surrounding area. A quiet place in nature. From here, you can get to Porto and a trip by train along the Douro River. We'd love to come back. :)
