Our stay at Tarja and Scott’s house was one of the best adventures of our lives. Even before the trip, they were very kind and helpful. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and had everything we needed. The house was cozy and warm, with plenty of firewood. There is also a beautiful kota near the house where we could cook on the fire and watch the northern lights. We were lucky to see the aurora five nights in a row. Scott also gave us great advice about hiking and kindly let us stay a bit longer on our last day. Before we left, we had a nice talk and learned more about his life. We will always remember this peaceful place by the lake and hope to return one day. :)

Amazing experience. The location is great for seeing auroras (we saw them!) and only half an hour from Rovaniemi. The lake is very beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped and cozy. The only issue we had was the door locks which are not intuitive. The host's communication was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

The place is lovely, well equipped. There beautiful surroundings, it’s close to the lake and ruka safari is close by. It was a bit hard to operate the washing machine, but other than that we definitely recommend this cabin! Looking forward to visit again 🙏🏽

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

We had an amazing time in Joona’s house. It is a quite and family friendly location. A supermarket is at a walking distance. We had everything we needed. Easy communication with the host. Thanks, Joona, for the hospitality.

The house and surroundings are absolutely stunning. Me and my group all agreed it was the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in, hands down! I would highly recommend this property, you won't regret it.

We had a great time at Nicholas's place. The welcome and instructions were very clear. The apartment was very warm and functional, we felt very good there. The sauna is a real asset that we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Nicholas and his apartment to discover Rovaniemi and its surroundings.

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Tidy and functional apartment! We found what was needed in the kitchen. The baby had their own bedding too:) Communication is really easy, I can recommend!

It was a dream come true! The house is very nicely located. Ideal for skiers, but also for hiking and exploring it invites you. With the fireplace in the living room you get a wonderful atmosphere! The communication went perfectly and you can book beautiful tours on site

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is very close to the city centre and all the pick up locations for tours. It’s also right by the river. The flat itself is lovely, very cozy and the sauna is great. Niina (and her daughter Ella who came to meet us) were great hosts. Very responsive, friendly and helpful.

My spouse and I had a great stay on site whether it was the welcome by her very friendly husband, the quiet environment with the bonus, the squirrels and birds that came every morning in front of the window, the northern lights on the lake just behind. The only problem is maybe the bed a little small and the sauna that we were unable to operate, but that didn't stop us from having a very good time on site, the area is beautiful and quiet, we recommend the place and will be happy to come back! The stay was just what was promised. Very peaceful and beautiful place, well located away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the village. Teemu responded to quick messages and was friendly. The cottage has everything you need and the outdoor sauna got a good steam. Let's come again😊

We had the pleasure of staying 4 days in this exceptional architectural oasis surrounded by stunning nature and overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful views from every room in the cabin—whether from the bed in the morning, the sauna, or during dinner. The cabin is quiet and located about 16 km from Rovaniemi, making it the perfect base for our daily excursions. We rented a car at the airport, which made exploring easy. Johannes has been an impeccable and incredibly pleasant host, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. The cottage in Mourujärvi was just what I and my 2 sons and dog needed. a comfortable little cottage with a beautiful lake view in a quiet location. I hope we can find some fish in the lake, or at least a pike. I still believe that I will return to the same place with the full force of the laundry. general assessment, basically a nice little cottage, no luxury if you miss it, but a thoroughly Finnish red cottage🔥👌 So, yes, I will continue

The room is right on the lake, close to nature, and it is very convenient to see the aurora due to the snow, and the experience is still great.The host is very nice, the feedback is very quick, she also prepared two skis for the little ones, and the little ones had a great time.It was also a snowmobile and ice fishing experience, which was great!
