A more than 130-year-old log cabin in the cultural heritage landscape of Suvanto takes its residents on a time journey to a 19th-century Ostrobothnian village. The destination is best suited for lovers of Lapland's nature, history and silence, who are not afraid of the dark in winter or mosquitoes in summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Cozy cottage in a quiet location, close to Pyhä Ski Resort, ski trails and Pyhä-Luosto National Park about 140 km from Rovaniemi and Santa Claus village. The cottage has been renovated to the present day and has a well-equipped kitchen. In the downstairs bedroom, a double bed and a wardrobe. One double bed and a workspace on the loft. In addition, the cottage has a fireplace, sauna, washing machine and a drying cabinet. There is an outdoor fire pit in the yard of the cottage for a fire.

All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. Welcome to my colorful apartment in the city centre of Rovaniemi💜. I am renting it here part time on airbnb to cut costs and I love this apartment very much, and all my guests have loved it too. Close to everything and cosy and warm appartment. Free parking included, comfortable bed and good kitchen equipment, tv with chromecast and jbl speaker for music and a dancing pole with some disco lights. For good times in rovaniemi❤️

An absolute gem of Airbnb! We felt just like in a fairytale. Tranquillity in the middle of the forest but close to the villages around with supermarkets. Very well maintained roads around. Good morning It is a cottage in the heart of nature. That's what we liked. Being away from hotels and hotel complexes and in the middle of nature. The cottage is well-equipped, functional and the sleds available for children are a real plus. Thank you. We made some great memories.

We arrived late, having the coded door for check in was a great start. The home was warm and inviting. It had everything you will need, the owners even left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco 😍. Communication from the owners before, during and after was excellent. Highly recommend this accommodation… we saw the northern lights from our bedroom window and I can’t tell you how close you are to the ski slopes. The sauna is like something out of a movie…. We enjoyed an evening in here while watching the kids play in the snow …. Bliss 🙌🏼….Amazing stay start to Finnish

The accommodation is a dream and the view from the bed was special. The communication was good, it was a very clean and modern accommodation. The check-in and communication went smoothly. The accommodation is also perfectly located for excursions in Salla. We would book the accommodation again anytime! Unfortunately we have to deduct one point at check-in. When we arrived at the accommodation in the evening, all the heating was off. The flat felt as cold as outside. We first had to deal with the heaters and see how they turned on. It would have been nice to have some basic warmth in the flat and not end up in a freezing cold flat. Therefore, the arrival was unfortunately not relaxed and it took some time for the flat to heat up. This could definitely be improved for future guests. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and can recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful accommodation in a quiet courtyard. A short walk from the services. Children played freely in the yard and petted the dogs. Really neat and nicely decorated accommodation. Everything went very nicely :)
