What a lovely cabin! We had such a great couple of days here. So many little personal touches, it had everything you needed. The bed was firm and we slept really well, the seating area outside was lovely to sit out in of an evening and the shower was really good! Jane was such a great host, SUPER responsive!! The little folder in the cabin is full of useful information and the recommended Italian was absolutely delicious!!! The local town, Peebles was so nice to have a stroll round. We would love to come back!! Maybe in the winter so we can make use of the log burner! Thank you!

A lovely one bed cottage with garden and our dog was welcomed too. Keysafe was easy to fine. Everything was perfect and what we needed inside. Tesco, Peebles town Centre, river walk was minutes from our door. Saw a heron. Lovely and individual shops in Peebles. By car we easily drove to Melrose, Edinburgh etc for the day. Def will return

This is a stunning, peaceful and really lovely place to stay. Set in beautiful surroundings with all that the Borders has to offer in terms of scenery and nature and yet close to the nearby towns with great pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and people. The annex is clean, welcoming, well equipped, comfortable and homely with everything you could need...a home away from home. Nice little touches like fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, tea and coffee await you. Harry was really responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. We especially loved the conservatory and private garden. Thank you very much for a fabulous stay.

Sarah is a lovely host and the house is large and comfortable. Everything is there that you could need for a nice stay in the countryside. Lots of walks and cycling options nearby, easy to get into Innerleithen, there are alpacas just around the corner, and the river Tweed is just over the road. A great place to relax and unwind.

A really nice property to stay in for a couple of days, I visited with my 2 teenager children after returning to the UK via Edinburgh arriving at 2am, this was no problem for Jamie and he made sure the bedding was available for the sofa bed for our arrival, so we could get straight to sleep. If we had been staying for longer than 2 nights, I don't think this particular place would have been suitable for the three of us, because the sofa bed is quite basic and needed extra padding (spare quilt) underneath to make it useable and less lumpy. And although this has been mentioned in previous reviews, the upstairs residents do enjoy playing loud music late at night and again in morning. I know this is something that Jamie cannot prevent but is something to consider. Overall a nice place to stay in a quiet border village, with lovely scenery and access to walking/cycle routes. The accommodation was extremely clean and well maintained throughout.
