House was great ! And Daniel was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns! Great location close to everything.

This may be the nicest, cleanest, best value AirBnb I have experienced in seven years of using AirBnb. The place was amazing, very well appointed, and Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible and very responsive.

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chase Court! The home was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully decorated! The local shopping and food were easy to get to and within close proximity to the house. The host was very accommodating and quickly responded whenever I sent any messages. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit Peachtree City, Ga again!

5 Stars – Another Incredible Stay! We absolutely love this home—it’s become one of our favorite getaways! The property has such a stylish and welcoming vibe, and the host’s hospitality is always top-notch. Every space is spotless, from the fresh and clean linens to the sparkling kitchen and bathroom. The attention to detail is unmatched, and everything feels warm, open, and inviting. The grill setup is fantastic, and the game room is always a hit with everyone—it’s a perfect spot to relax and have fun. This was our fourth time staying at this property, and every single visit has been just as amazing as the last. We’re already looking forward to our fifth stay! Tran truly has one of the best homes on Airbnb. Priceless experiences every time!

What a perfect cottage style home for a long weekend. The home was perfect, had all the right amenities and felt very clean upon entry. Nice interior layout for the space left everyone feeling like we could gather at the table or get some privacy in other places throughout the home including the patio. Would stay again. Thank you

Stopped there for one night during a road trip. The house was gorgeous and spotless. Beds were comfy, everyone in the family slept well. Wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Demi was very responsive and super nice! I came in to a super clean place. We had extra washcloths and bed sheets/covers. She had a Keurig with coffee pods and extra waters in the fridge! Our stay was lovely and the beds very comfy! Thanks Demi!!

This airbnb was clean and had just what we needed , everything was in the same condition as seen on the display photos , Danielle was very attentive. we would most definitely come back !

Great place to stay. Loved the my modern feel of the apartment. Lots of places to shop and eat at nearby.

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

Lovely, quiet, private place, yet right in the middle of beautiful Selbourne hamlet and so close to anything you might want to do in Serenbe. Dorothy and Florian were friendly and helpful. They even helped us jump our car when it was time to leave!

The barn loft was perfect and exactly what me my wife and newborn needed. LaDawn and her husband were fantastic, super accommodating and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely worth it!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!
