We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Rick's House (Hemlock House) was a wonderful getaway! We unfortunately didnt hit the best weather but the house was perfect for a cool and rainy long weekend both indoors and out. The open first floor with huge kitchen was great for hanging out and cooking with alot of cozy nooks to read and relax. There was a lot of various outdoor spaces and decks to lounge on as well and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler cloudy weather. The bedrooms were all comfy and each room having its own bathroom was another plus. We all loved the sounds of the creek and being able to walk around the trails in the back. The House is in a fantastic location - only 10 minutes from Rhinebeck which has everything you need and is great for walking around, shopping and dining. Rick was informative and provided a great guidebook with clear instructions and local resources and recommendations. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

Obsessed with this Airbnb! My husband, dog and I typically go to upstate NY or the Berkshires for long weekends but I came across this Airbnb as I had an event in westchester over the long weekend. Highly recommend! So much hiking, wonderful restaurants and so close to the city. My dog loved this property as well! Will be back.

Only complaint would be the noise from road during the morning commute

We had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! Everything was exactly as described and she was great at communicating throughout the stay.

Enjoyed our stay in the woods with a beautiful view of the river. Easy to get to and very close to the charming town of New Milford and many good restaurants. Although right off a busy road it was quiet inside the house. The great room, which is on the top floor, is wonderful and perfect for both working and entertaining and has a full bath. It looks like the photos with an amazing view. The bedrooms and another bath are underneath. The master bedroom is the best. Just be aware you can hear the footsteps from above and not all of the bedroom windows have bug screens. The entertainment room on the lower level which opens into the yard is filled with games and a large tv and was lots of fun. The weather was cool & rainy so we didn’t use the outdoor space as much as we thought we would but there was a kayak. The house was private and although there is no interior deadbolt we felt safe. The house was clean with good heat/ac and wi fi. Hosts were responsive.

If you're looking for a cute little cottage in the woods near the lake to recharge and relax - this is it! KC provided an extensive list of instructions and to know's, which made check in/check out and all the in-between fool proof. KC was super friendly and responsive as well!

Terrific lakefront property. Host was very helpful and accommodating and made sure we had an amazing weekend. Would highly recommend.

This house was wonderful as I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. The views from the balconies and windows were amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The location was secluded but still near shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

We rented this house for our family visiting us as our house could not accommodate everyone. Highly recommend - we will try to rent the house again for our family when they visit next time. This place is even better than the photos! Wow. It felt luxurious. Such a beautiful home. I loved all the snacks Deborah left us and the thoughtful touches (chocolates and water bottles next to the bed). So incredibly kind and very appreciated. This is definitely the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. One “tip,” if you are someone who is used to sleeping in a dark room, then bring an eye mask because the primary bedroom has the most gorgeous window behind the bed and two magnificent skylights above the bed, but there aren’t blinds/shades. So the room is very bright. I would definitely love to go back (and bring my eye mask). Haha. Everything is so nice, the place is SPOTLESS, and the home feels very “new.” I just loved it. Also, Deborah has the NBA channel, which my son is obsessed with watching. This is just the best house - beautiful and pristine, yet cozy. Way nicer than most hotels. I loved the house so much! I loved the shampoo, the fluffy robes, the kids toys, everything!

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb during my wedding weekend and it was perfect! The house is beautiful. It had one bedroom and bath downstairs for my grandma to stay in so she didn’t need to go up the stairs. The kitchen is amazing! It was a great distance to the Candlewood Inn where we got married. Jessica was very responsive and always checking in. Would definitely stay here again!

We decided to book Tina and Raldy's place again for our return home from a road trip up to Vermont. We hadn't stayed yet when making this decision. It was extremely hard finding a location that had two bathrooms, which was very important to us, so that made it appealing off the bat. However, after staying on our way up to Vermont, we knew we made the right choice. Our second stay was wonderful too. We call it "the place so nice, we stayed twice"...in a week's time! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Greg’s cabin, which is beautifully nestled in the woods overlooking a serene pond. Greg was very responsive and provided great local recommendations. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy window seating with a couch bed — perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. Everything is exactly as pictured. Our dog had a great time too and loved exploring the outdoors. Highly recommend checking out Chleo or Iness for fine dining, Rough Draft Books for a dog-friendly book café, and the Kingston Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

Jack and Nicky’s property was amazing. Beautiful home with surrounding us from every angle. Definitely an amazing getaway for a nature lover as myself. Jack was very responsive with any questions we had. Very understanding and nice guy. I truly enjoyed starting on the property and hopefully one day soon I will be back

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was perfect for the whole family. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely amazing. Serene and secluded but really fit the bill if your fishing at Candlewood as the driveway was more than large enough for the boat and offered easy outlet access. Backing in off a main road could be difficult but most of the time leaving before the sun was up negated some of that. In a car though you would have no issue just pulling in. Right next to the river so fishing opportunity right from the property.

Our son attends a nearby boarding school, and during our visits, we have stayed at hotels and other Airbnbs. This home was one of our favorites. My husband commented that “this was easily my favorite place we’ve stayed.” We enjoyed the kitchen/living room layout to cook and hangout, and the bed was very comfortable. There are two hiking trails, both less than 10 minutes away, that we enjoyed while here, too. I definitely recommend a stay here.

A beautiful, comfortable house right on the Hudson with stunning views. We loved watching all the life on the river, herons and loons and ducks, as well as boats from tiny crafts to massive barges. There are great hikes just a short distance away. It is a perfect place to rest, write, draw, and make music.

I was attending a blacksmithing conference at CAMA and the Slone museum. It was close by and an easy drive to the site. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. There are not many lodging options in Kent and this house solved that issue. I would whole heartedly recommend this property.

We had a great time relaxing in this cozy house and we love the screened porch. It's a wonderful house in a great location -close to everything.
