This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! Beautiful, small cottage, quiet location, restaurants and beach very close, beautiful beach walk to the harbor, very good connection with public transport to the center, great communication with the landlady, sparkling clean kitchen, beautiful bathroom, everything fits! We felt very comfortable, absolutely recommended.

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

Pearl in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Rest, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. However, a car is needed for excursions in the area. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps in the sea swimming= magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Our stay was fantastic, as always. It's not the first time we've stayed here and it continues to meet all our expectations. The arrival was simple thanks to the clear and precise instructions. The accommodation was impeccable and matched the photos perfectly. Communication with Rory was excellent: always attentive and responding quickly to any questions. Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We had a super nice weekend at Jazmín's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house was very surprised by its spaciousness in the common areas and being very well cared for and having all the comforts. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and it is a nice and quiet area!

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Host responds quickly to messages. The area is full of beautiful, colorful buildings. It's easy to get from the airport. Close to the beach. Recommended.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Great place in walkable distance from nice restaurants and city of arts. Supermarket and pharmacy are available across the street. The apartment is well connected to all places of interest via public transport (bus stop is around the corner). Inside, the place is very clean and stylish with everything needed for a short-term stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
