Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pasadena

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Amber and Brian were excellent hosts. We had an incident where the smoke alarm went off and Brian and Amber came right away and fixed it. We were displaced by the Eaton Canyon fire , moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, but this place was by far was our most favorite! It was peaceful and relaxing. Having the backyard is a little slice of heaven. Our dogTwinkie enjoyed the yard and we also enjoyed sitting out there on the Adirondack chairs, having our morning coffee. The place is pristine! Super clean, and exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen! The decor is beautiful and the bed is so comfy. The neighborhood is walkable & safe. Parking is easy to find. There many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Try Two Kids for coffee, the best! I We wished we could have spent more days there because it was just what we needed to unwind and forget about being displaced. This is the place to stay in the South Pasadena area.

Would come here again. This was one definitely one of my favorite places to stay! Such a beautiful space and in beautiful area. Annie was super helpful and responsive, we felt taken care of.

I had an amazing stay, I recommend this for anyone who wants a nice at home experience. It's close to a really cute town with lots to do. The decor is intentionally curated and beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

Before we even booked, I reached out to Kelly to ask about a venue location that we were also using. She responded very quickly and accurately. There were more areas in the house for reading or quiet time and our family surely enjoyed them. We were there for a family wedding and were gone most of our stay. Dynamite view, extremely comfortable, and worth the price. Thank you.

This place is amazing. Greate kitchen and clean bathroom. Its in a peaceful neighborhood but centrally located. Having a covered parking spot is a very nice plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

This place was great for what our family needed. We were able to communicate easily with Sha when we were having technical issues with the parking pass, and it was easily resolved. She was very fast at responding.

We loved this stay in Pasadena with walkable access to some good takeaway and a grocery. The garden is stunning and Ginger is kind and responsive. This was a wonderful stay for us.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

I had short 3 day atsy but I really enjoyed my time. The place was exactly like the pictures and description. Perfect space for a solo traveler

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
