The apartment was clean and also very nicely furnished for our taste. No unnecessary frills. We felt very comfortable. The photos match exactly with the actual appearance. The chat communication was uncomplicated and very good. The check-in time could be adapted to our needs at short notice. A second lounger on the roof terrace would have been great. The pool was very clean and beautiful, as was the entire complex. Top well-maintained garden. Super Internet/WLAN connection. Overall, a well-rounded picture and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! We especially loved how private and quiet it was yet still close to local shops and beaches. Naomi was an amazing host; she helped us with restaurant recommendations, spots to visit and gave us all the information we needed about the house. Would definitely recommend!

We loved or stay. Very quiet with a great pool. 5 minute walk to the coast path which we walked everyday. 5 miles to the nice marina. Will be back. We found the bed so comfortable

Lorenzo’s apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to great restaurants, the harbor, the bus station, and the beach. Everything you need is close by, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is spotless, quiet, and very well equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we slept wonderfully each night. Lorenzo was always responsive and helpful. Raquel’s place was absolutely perfect! Everything matched the description and was even more impressive than the photos suggested. The balcony offers a truly spectacular view, making it a highlight of the stay. The kitchen and laundry facilities were fully functional and convenient. The bed was comfortable overall, though a bit creaky when moving. As mentioned in the listing, there’s no air conditioning — we stayed in May, so it wasn’t a major issue. When it got warm, opening the windows was enough to cool down the space. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the experience even better. Thank you for hosting us!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip—fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and all the little amenities that make a difference. Its location near the airport was super convenient, and I had no trouble finding free parking spots nearby, which was a huge plus. There’s a great little shop just downstairs that stays open late, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. While it’s not in a touristy area, the central location made it an ideal base for exploring the island. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a practical and pleasant stay!

I cannot thank Manuel enough. The apartment was wonderful, exactly as described. Nothing was forgotten and it truly felt like staying in someone’s loved and cared for apartment, not some soulless ‘business arrangement’ which some Airbnb’s have become. He was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. We have been to Fuertaventura many times over some 25+years and this holiday was one of the best. We had a really good time during this stay. Judit was very kind and helpful, both during check-in and check-out. The apartment is very cozy, equipped with towels, hair dryer, dishes, washing machine, in short, everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the central location, the presence of a very nice balcony and the presence of free street parking. Plus, the price is really great. Great experience, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay, everything was as expected. One slight inconvenience was that the bedroom door and bathroom door were pretty loud. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Leopoldo was very nice and responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation!

My wife and I have just returned from a lovely 6 days at llaria's property. The communication leading up to the holiday was extremely prompt abd informative. The home itself is lovely, we both felt at home with all you need for a home from home stay. We also tried some of the restaurants in the welcome pack, and can second the quality of these eateries. You can certainly book this property with confidence, that the photos and description are totally accurate, you will have a lovely stay.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Luca met us at the airport, as he offered a transfer service. So he took us straight to the apartment and showed us everything, gave us recommendations for restaurants, activities and showed us where to shop. We had a lovely relaxed stay and the wine in the fridge was a lovely touch.

Wonderful stay at Casa Conchi in May 2025. The property is truly stunning, with an exceptional standard of decor, furniture and fittings. Spotlessly clean and everything as described. The roof terrace with seating area, loungers and hot tub is a real highlight of the property and a wonderful space for outside relaxation. Location is very convenient with the promenade and Playa Grande within 5-10 mins walk. Very convenient 15 minute drive to the airport. 2 x local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk also very handy. Communication with Naomi was easy, polite, professional and very responsive. This included a very swift response late in the evening (after 10.30pm) when I had to report a minor issue. Excellent service.

Nice welcome from the host:) well-equipped apartment with small nice guests from the host. Beautiful terrace and hot tub, very happy to have spent the evenings there) The location is quiet, grocery stores within walking distance. For going out, you can reach the city in 7-10 minutes by car. Conclusion: good location and great apartment:))

We like to thank Olga for showing us around and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this Property and the owners of this stunning Villa Ben and Lee were amazing and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at their apartment. We had the best experience with the heated pool and the hot tub was a special treat, we loved it. The panoramic Sea and Mountain View’s were simply breathtaking, the location peace and tranquility was beyond our expectations. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. We will be recommending this fabulous property to family and friends and can’t wait to return ourselves very soon. We had a fabulous vacation. The apartment is located in a very well-maintained complex and is modernly furnished. You can relax on the great roof terrace with Jacuzzi. The pool of the complex can be shared. The communication was perfect and we got some tips for restaurants. The area is totally varied: great hiking area, great starting point for bike rides through nature (also road bike & mountain bike), very beautiful villages & towns in the surrounding area. Lajares is only 10 minutes away, an absolute gem with many great restaurants. El Cotilla, a beautiful fishing village, about 20 minutes away by car. A great place to discover Fuerteventura from there. However, we would recommend a car. Many thanks to for the great stay.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and also had everything that you needed, Located in a convenient place with a supermarket 2 minute walk away and lots of restaurants choices within 5 minutes the host was excellent, helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the best airbnb apartments I've ever been to. So much investment and thought about the details. I really liked the hammock porch, the bathtub, the linens that smelled wonderful and the decor.
