The views from the apartment were amazing - the best of Rio. Every window had views of Aporador to Ipanema, Leblon, and iconic Dois Irmãos. The Cristo (Corcovado) is even visible from the balcony. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days. Great access to both Copacabana and Ipanema, since the building is situated just between both beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, near the beach and the metro station. Safe surroundings and facilities, with 24/7 building security. The apartment is well equipped and decorated with nice local 'art naif' paintings. The apart-hotel has good facilities and cleans frequently. Would return there when staying in Rio again.

A localização é incrível. Parecia que eu estava vivendo um sonho, com aquela vista maravilhosa.. que mesmo em dia de chuva, continua incrível!!!! Tem muitos restaurantes próximos, supermercados, ótimo local, recomendo muito! E a vista é um show a parte. E o apartamento estava muito limpo e cheiroso amamos.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Location, location ,location. Everything we needed was only a short walk away. Beach, supermarket, and great restaurants. Bruno, was super responsive when we had a couple of questions. The home itself has everything you could ask for, an amazing kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would stay agin for sure.

Roberta's listing was everything and more. You are in a safe area with security holding down the front 24/7. The place is spacious and can accommodate your party comfortably. We had help keep our place tidy, which was wonderful considering we were all on vacation. Roberta was communicative and efficient with responding - sharing her local recommendations and truly made it feel like we had a friend in Rio. Views from every room, it was difficult to decide which one to select (considering I was the birthday celebrant!) I'm the type of traveler who likes being away from the city and enjoying more local areas. It is close to the city, however, be cautious that traffic will make getting to city attractions a bit much longer (but it is worth it)! All in all, the place is affordable and definitely worth it!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Igor. Le petit studio est très fonctionnel et bien placé. Igor était très réactif quand j'avais une question. Si je retourne à Rio j'y retournerais sans hésité.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

La atención de Sergio fue muy buena tanto en los días previos brindándonos información como posterior. El departamento es amplio, tiene todas las comodidades y estaba muy limpio. Vista a la playa excelente, con amenities y seguridad. Lo encontramos limpio, completo y ordenado. Recomendamos!

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, pena que durou pouco. A localização é perfeita. A vista incrível e o apartamento super aconchegante e espaçoso. Me senti em casa! Além disso o condomínio é super familiar, com informações claras e boa comunicação entre os funcionários. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e maior que o esperado. Fica bem próximo da Olegario que tem exatamente os melhores bares, restaurantes e tudo que você precisa como: mercado, padaria, academia… Gostei bastante e nem queria ir embora kkk com certeza voltarei. O apartamento é ótimo para estadias curtas e pra quem não tem intenção de passar o dia dentro do apartamento, pois não possui cozinha. A cama é muito confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso e o chuveiro é ótimo. Elcio foi muito gentil e sempre respondeu com rapidez. O apartamento fica na face dos fundos, a vista é ótima e extremamente silencioso. O check-in foi fácil, a segurança do edifício é ótima. Tem um restaurante e um café para refeições. O RioCentro está a 1,5km de distância, dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente, se apertar o passo dá pra voltar tranquilo durante a noite também. Uma dica para futuros hóspedes: não coloque o endereço quando solicitar um Uber, coloque o nome do edifício. Acredito que o Waze ou o app do Uber tem uma certa dificuldade com o endereço, ele te manda pra um lugar cerca de 1km de distância do edifício em si.

El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor con todas las comodidades posibles para poder cocinar, bañar y dormir, a pesar de quedar en lugar concurrido no se escucha nada de afuera, los conserjes super atentos a nuestras llegadas y salidas y muy buena onda. Esta ubicado en lugar super central a 10 min del metro cinelandia caminando lo que conecta con muchos atractivos turísticos y cerca de muchos lugares atractivos como la escalera de selaron y los arcos de lapa a pie, además de los bares de lapa a menos de 1 cuadra, los uber llegan y dejan sin problemas y hay panadería 24 hrs, farmacias y verdulerias muy cerca. Nos encanto el lugar y recomiendo 100% la estadía en el. Luiz siempre atento a nuestras preguntas.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
