Holiday rentals with lake access in Parker Strip

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—it was absolutely amazing. It felt like our own private oasis. Another standout aspect of our experience was the host, Brianna. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was just a message away. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable host. The location was also ideal—just minutes from the lake, restaurants, and local shops. Whether we were heading out for a day on the lake or grabbing dinner in town, everything was conveniently close. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and are already looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was gorgeously and meticulously updated, the beds and the pillows were so unbelievably comfortable. The yard and grounds were so spacious and lovely! The view, I cannot express how stunning the sunsets were everynight we were there, you can see the lake out the kitchen window and the front yard for that sunset. The house was stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen, to the laundry room, the bathrooms, and games to play with yoyr family, if there with you. Also the neighborhood was close to every amenity needed, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The back patio was lovely as well as the putting green. The only downfall I would bring up is the pool access. It is a daily fee of $22 to swim at at golfclub under their membership. Just so everyone knows it is not a community pool. Otherwise this home is a must stay especially for families.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

We had an awesome time at this Airbnb. If you are coming with a group or a family you will love the backyard and the pool. Great amenities and beautiful home!

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. Carlos and jenny were very welcoming and had great communication to any questions we had , the house was perfect for my family it was very spacious and we had easy access to everything , also parking fit 4 cars in the driveway it was more than enough space for us all , The pool was so beautiful we loved it ! i highly recommend this house .

This was the perfect house for our weekend in Lake Havasu. Walking distance to the water and private boat launch. I was able to fit my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. Near town and only a couple minute drive to local restaurants and shopping. House was very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

overall place was clean, complex as a whole could be cleaned and updated but that isnt Viktors fault, and the unit was very nice, and close to everything in town.
