This home is fully stocked. I always travel with first aid products, toiletries, cups, and a variety of other essentials. Upon arrival, we immediately recognized the extraordinary efforts Trish has made to ensure you have everything you need, including necessities and just-in-case items. There was no need to run to the pharmacy for any hygiene or first aid product. We felt comfortable and safe. This is a pet-friendly house, and Trish has made a great effort to ensure the home is clean from pet dander, hair, odor, and messes while still maintaining an environment that welcomes your dogs. The linens were plentiful and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked! The outdoor pool space is ready for a family BBQ, with ample refrigeration available both inside and outside. The view of the sunset from the upper deck was fantastic. The residence is very close to Havasu Marina. We were on the water within 15 minutes. We will be back!

Becky's place was very comfortable. We picked this place because it was pet friendly. Because it was pet friendly we thought it might not be as clean but it was very clean! The beds are comfortable too! We did not see any evidence of any other pets that have stayed there. If I had to pick one thing to work on I would say new towels and linens as they are a little aged. Also we did not see any dishtowels or cleaning rags so we had to use paper towels to wipe down and our own boat rags we had brought. So make sure you bring extra paper towels. We would stay here again as it was very comfortable for our kids and pets. Becky even gave us the options of checking in early and checking out late which was a bonus!

First off I just have to state that I knew nothing about Lake Havasu. I only before heard its name in movies and television. It was an impromptu stop on a cross country road trip and Lake Havasu is what makes road trips worthwhile. And I have to admit a strong reason for that statement was this amazing home. This is the type of home my friends and I hope for when we visit the Gulf coast beaches. Land & Shore’s home has everything needed to host, AND ENTERTAIN, any type of group. Just mere minutes away from every shop, and restaurant, a person could want but just removed far away enough to avoid the hustle & bustle traffic. Already plotting a return trip with friends/future fans. If we weren’t on a strict travel schedule we definitely would have stayed longer at this home.

Kyle was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We forgot one of our pups harnesses which has sentimental value. Kyle has agreed to meet us and return it. Not many people are that kind. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend his home and would stay again. Thank you Kyle!

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

This was our first time staying at an AirBnB, we had a great experience. The home was very clean and comfortable. Samantha was very responsive to all messages. It offers great amenities, We would definitely stay here again.

Booked for the view and private backyard, and it didn’t disappoint. House is setup well, clear instructions and access was easy. Propane for bbq, good amount of pots & pans & cutlery in the in the kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. The decor was great. No garage access. Neighborhood and street felt safe & clean. 4th bedroom pull-out beds weren’t that comfortable, we brought a blowup mattress that really helped. I’d definitely book here again.

House was the perfect location in the keys and across the street from circle k. Had plenty of parking. The house comfortably fit our large group with enough bedrooms and enough bathrooms. Steve was communicative and the house was very nice and clean. 100% plan to stay here my next trip to Parker

The location was great! just one house away for the river in the Keys 2 minutes from Circle K and 10 minutes from Walmart. Plenty of space, you could have 20 people in the house and still feel alone. We bought a bunch of floaties (left some for the next guest in the outdoor storage bin) and tied them to the dock and hung out on the water most of the time (IT WAS HOT). We had two jet skis, a Pontoon boat and still lots of room on the Dock to float in the water. The game room/Bedroom on the lower level was a great place to hang out, listen to music, and shoot pool. Vivian was super responsive and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is you bring beach towels (we did) and go to the house first before shopping. Some Airbnb's have dishwasher pods, laundry soap, foil, zip lock bags etc. and some don't. We left everything we didn't use for the next guest! (of course not food lol) OVERALL, excellent and fun trip we would definitely book again.

This location is perfect. Walking distance to road runner! The kids loved the big grassy lawn and beach to play. Had everything we needed for meals. Lots of clean towels. It was a very spacious layout and fit us all perfectly. Hope to come back again for another great friends trip with the kids.

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

This house is amazing and priced well for being in keys. It is in a great location we booked kinda last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived and Maria communicated very well to make sure we had a smooth check in. I had to download an app to access the door that she had to walk me through but once figured out it made the check in simple. We would definitely love to stay in this keys house again for a stay in Parker.

My family loved staying here! The house was so clean and perfect for our getaway. We had some problems with our boat so having a huge garage WITH AC was SO convenient for working on it in the middle of the day. We also loved the added convenience of a commercial ice machine and the kids loved the pool. We’re overall very impressed that this house comfortably housed multiple families and two boats. Kelly also had great communication with us throughout our stay and was very helpful. We’re already looking into when we can come back and stay here again!

Great place, very clean and lots of room! Plenty of parking and a huge front porch.

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

This is definitely our go to when we go to Havasu. Jennifer is the best host ever ! If your planning a trip out there this place is 5 star inside and out ! Thanks Jennifer We'll be back soon

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

Took our annual Memorial Day weekend trip and it was one for the books. House is easy to find, clean, host is very responsive.

We had a great stay at Havasu Lux for a guy's weekend trip. Everyone commented that the house really made the weekend because we felt like we didn't need to leave the house at night to have a good time. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely consider a return trip in the future!

Sean was an awesome host, answered everything very fast. The house was amazing , ac was working when we came in, everything was spotless, overall amazing house to stay . I will definitely come back .

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. The interior was spotless and perfectly arranged, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere. The rooftop access offered breathtaking views, such a quiet and peaceful retreat! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We feel so blessed to have spent a month here, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Lake Havasu. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The house was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. Matt and Lisa were always responsive and helpful telling us about the area. Absolutely recommend this home for anyone going to Lake Havasu!
