I'm very grateful to Mr. Carlos Alberto. His house is very cozy, with recreational games, a modern patio, the decoration and the spectacular terrace. All the amenities, air conditioning and he is a very kind and cordial person, always ready to answer questions. I recommend it 1000%. I will return to ICA and I will contact Mr. Carlos Alberto again. I'm returning home after a few days of an excellent vacation in ICA 🤗💯🏖️✌️

I had read some comments that it was a bit difficult to get to the place, but Marcos made it easy, as he was available to give precise directions and it was extremely easy to get there. One detail was that there was loud music until very early in the morning and it was not possible to rest well, I hope I took certain measures in this regard. Another point against is the check-in and check-out time, from 4 pm to 10 am, it should be like most, from 2.00 pm to noon. Otherwise, it's an excellent place.
