It has 300 sq. meters built on a 700 sq. meter lot (350 sq. meters are a garden equipped with games for children) The upstairs apartment has 4 spacious rooms with all the amenities for 14 people and a study with a sofa bed. The downstairs has a room with 2 beds in case you need to arrive with support staff. We are 5 minutes from “El Chaco” beach and 20 minutes from the Reserve. Terrace, BBQ, Pool, Tennis courts, etc.

The place is comfortable, includes breakfast (continental), the place is super clean, I felt comfortable. It is important that you arrive early because the host is the one who opens and closes, but it is perfect for activities in the area. You can use the kitchen, which is super cool. The only thing is that I didn't have hot water, or at least not in my room, and the TV didn't work. But everything else is fine.

A very clean, nice house and room. Luis' mom is super friendly and always welcomed us warmly. You have to be a little careful in the dark with the dogs from the neighborhood. We had to leave early for a tour and when we passed by, they almost bit my mother in the leg, they were already on her pants... the dogs also bark in the dark when someone comes by. But of course, the dear homeowners can't help it!

Stayed for one night. Señora Ana was very kind and helpful. She helped us parked our cars inside the premise, helped us with our bags to the 3rd floor and let me checkout at 12 noon the next day. She even added a second bed for the room (we requested). Factors to consider when finding a place to stay is good communication from the host, helpfulness, and kindness which señora Ana provided us. Highly recommend the place.

We had the best experience at Hotel Atenas. This was such a beautiful and unique location and space. The views from our room were incredible. We felt so welcomed by all the staff, but also had all the privacy we needed. We would highly recommend and would return next time we are in the area. Book it, you won’t regret it!
