The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk from Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The owner, Flávio, is super kind, attentive and responds quickly, which made all the difference. I recommend the house.

Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful and makes the atmosphere extremely cozy. The air conditioning works really well and the double bedroom bed is super comfortable. The whole house was super clean and organized. The kitchen has all the items needed to cook, including more, which surprised us. The ambient sound is a positive and very cool point. The pool was clean when we arrived and during our stay, a swimming pool went to clean twice, keeping the water always clean. The lawn is very wide and my dog entertained for hours, he loved it! The house is in a neighborhood far from the center and to go to the beach has to be by car, but nothing that would bother us. Inclusive is a very quiet neighborhood with no noise or any trouble. There is a nearby market, which we went on foot. I love the experience and intend to stay again in Taquahouse when I return to Ubatuba!

We spent wonderful days in the house. Sao 5 good bedrooms, with 2 suites. The kitchen is large and well-equipped mto. The hall has a wonderful sea view. Perfect Laser Area!!! Swimming pool and hydro otimas. Sauna clean and super easy to use. Area gourmet mto boa. Otimos wood-fired oven and barbecue!!! We like the house too much! The employee is paid the part and is a super nice, attentive and quick person. Everything we asked for she did with affection. Tasty and Tasty Food!

Amazing stay. Gisele is a kind and very available host. The apartment is cozy and functional, in the condominium it has absolutely everything for amazing holidays. I recommend it!

Very nice, cozy house, the proximity to the beach is wonderful, in a few steps we were on the beach!!Well equipped with utensils that makes it much easier! Swimming pool and barbecue area, just one suggestion: put heaters in the pool ;) All very clean and organized. Bernadete always responding promptly since when we rent and giving several cool tips and I would also like to thank Márcia who welcomes us:) Thank you very much! we love it, it was rest days and very good rides!!

We love the house , a very good experience. The House is very clean , an extreme whim... great location, close to the beach . Very attentive host, responds to everything with great agility and speed! We are very pleased!

Cozy place, very good for rest!

I spent 12 days with my girlfriend at the end of the year at Andre's house and we really like the place , the condominium is safe , well located for those who are driving , the very large garage and the house has a wonderful view of the sea , very nice to wake up every day and have that view of the sea , very good . Andre is very attentive , kind, and too good people . The house is very large , with air conditioning in the bedroom and 2 bathrooms , large kitchen and living room with TV with several films to watch . We really like it and we miss you already, we'll be back for sure !!!!!

The place is amazing, with a very large and beautiful area in the midst of nature. The house was extremely clean and organized. The chalet has an outdoor BBQ area with shower and covered parking. The beach is very close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Rodrigo was very friendly and attentive in the service. We'll definitely be back soon.

New house, up-to-date maintenance, working kitchen utensils, air-conditioning in the bedroom, only local traffic. Very good! I went with the dogs and I'll be back.

Staying with Ayelen was very pleasant, the only downside of a small village on an island is of course that there are few amenities nearby, but if you are well prepared this is not a problem. The host can be a little intrusive when it comes to arranging transportation, for example, but that was always for a reason. Already with all a good stay.

Jorge was very attentive, healed all the doubts and left recommendations that helped us a lot. The house has a very beautiful garden. It rained a lot during my stay, but the whole house equipped and cozy to spend time with the family. On the day we left, it made a great little sun, but with the beaches very close to the house and Jorge being very helpful, we were able to enjoy it. Voltaria and I recommend.

Very well located accommodation with great views of the sea, the small port and nature. Very large accommodation, much appreciated shared swimming pool.

The reception with Mrs. Cida was on time. The house meets the needs of the stay, well equipped and very clean in all the people, the location is also perfect. A point to improve: very old air conditioning, so there's a lot of noise that bothers you at rest. Overall an excellent home, we will be back for sure. Gratitude for Attention!

I loved the apartments, the location, the hostess was sensational, super receptive, very quick in the doubts that we had so much to Flávia that Bruna was the one who received us, everything perfect, we still received a mime.

Everything was great! We would definitely come back. We enjoyed staying in such a peaceful place. Since we visited during high season, we always caught a lot of traffic to go to the beach, but that's just a normal thing in Ubatuba and can't be avoided.

Perfect stay! Very well equipped home and best location possible: gorgeous view, silent, but still very close to the beach. We hope to go back!

The house is very wide, with many suites like the photos and with a very beautiful view. The host responded quickly and giving all the necessary guidance. The housekeeper Jorge, his wife and cleaning lady Vanessa were proactive and gave the full support we needed. The deck is next to the house we can easily get down with a 68 speedboat. We would definitely return!

Tristan's house is simply amazing, with an emphasis on the view that is absolutely beautiful at any time of the day. The listing describes well all the details of the accommodation that is close to the red beach of the center and a few minutes walk to the beach of Tenorio, whose path is made by stairs. We really liked it and would definitely come back.
