The place is excellent, very well cared for and has a beautiful view of the Pai das Misericórdias Sanctuary. I stayed for several days but wish I could have stayed much longer. I'll definitely be back. João and Josi were great.

The room is exactly like in the pictures! A great bed, air conditioning super welcome for the heat! The location is perfect, facing the beach It has a taxi boat service that already takes you for tours. The neighborhood is quiet, and 1.5 km away there is a boardwalk with several options for eating! Danielle leaves a guide in the room with several contact options for food, pharmacy and tours! Great value! Angra is wonderful!!🥰

We have thousands of compliments to Marcelo and the place. The house is complete! If you need to cook, if you need leisure, if you need rest: it has everything! The birds on the balcony are beautiful and we also fall in love with the kittens of the condominium. Very quiet place, there was no ngm in the top house until the last day, so it was silent in this context. The decor of the house exudes culture and care, you can see a little of the personality and affection of the owners with their guests. For sure Marcelo's kindness is a differential! He cares about his arrival, how the road went, with his needs and is always ready to take care of and sort things out. We leave there with the desire to return, it makes you want to move to the condominium. Haha We recommend to everyone! Access to the places very easy if you are in a car. Praia do Tenório very close by. Despite the carnival, with calm and patience we were able to do everything and went everywhere we wanted, including more distant beaches. See you next time!

A great option, close to the beaches of Tenório and Praia Grande, easy access to the northern beaches. The loft itself is quite cozy and holds a family of 4 with tranquility. The host is super helpful and easy to contact. We intend to return again.

Paraty is a a beautiful town and Karina’s place is in a perfect location being close to the old town but tucked away down a side street to avoid any noise from the streets. We felt right at home as the loft had everything we needed. Even on the rainy days we could enjoy the use of the big projector. Thank you for having us and for all the clear instructions, we would love to come and stay again!

We had already stayed in this Loft last year and we really liked the experience, so much so that we repeated it! Access is very easy, the place is very private, the accommodations are clean and as described and in the photos of the listing. The location is great, in the commercial center with several restaurant options nearby, in addition to the proximity to the beach. Flávio is also very attentive, answering any questions promptly. We hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay at the Studio, Marcelo was always very helpful and attentive, the place is very private and easy to access, it is quiet and close to everything and easy to get around too. I have nothing but praise, it can be better than the ad. We'll be back for sure!!

Great location, easy access to the center of Ubatuba, easy access to restaurants and other beaches. Jader was very helpful and flexible with schedules and very proactive. Me and my husband plan to come back more often. Itaguá is a great place to stay.

The loft is nice and the building is nice. There is a narrow outdoor area around the entire loft, which is very good. Excellent bathroom, very nice shower. Safe place. The neighborhood is average. Thank you for your availability. The city is beautiful and the beaches are amazing. Prumirim is beautiful!

My stay at the site was excellent. The apartment is a great size, has the basic utensils for a good stay and was extremely organized. The host was very kind and helpful, making my stay much easier. He was very flexible, allowing me to check out well after hours, which helped me a lot. The property is located on a beautiful and very quiet street, with a lot of nature nearby. Very close to Perequê-Açu beach and with some markets nearby. I believe it is easier to get around by car, but I also managed to get app cars easily when I needed them. I highly recommend the spot!

The host always very receptive and ready to answer the questions, a well-organized environment to make life easier for the visitor. I still managed to make enough scripts indicated by her, which were well worth it! 😍
