The house is a grace, very clean and organized ! It even has washing machine helped us so much.The host Rogério is super kind and helpful and helped us a lot so that everything went perfect in our lodging! The house is close to several waterfalls of Paraty and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Great house has everything you need for a good stay with kitchen with all the utensils and nice rooms with very clean linens and towels, our class liked it a lot and we will be back for sure , and great location,

Rosângela is very attentive and helpful, always sends messages during the stay to find out if everything is okay. The house is all tidy and faithful to the photos, it has a lot of shops close by, including a wonderful scented artisan snack that invades the house, we ate and it was very good! We had some unforeseen events during the air-conditioning and gouging trip but it was solved quickly. I would definitely return, I love this beach, very quiet, no wave and great for children. The house is practically inside the beach, only you don't need to take the car in Ubatuba, you are already in huge profit, believe me!

We had a great stay. House with a wonderful view, well planned, comfortable with everything we need. We hired Sarah's service that we were referred to and loved it! In addition to being super polite, kind, cooks divinely!!! We will definitely be back soon!

I had an exceptional experience at the house of Cassia. The site is impeccable, very well taken care of and exactly as described in the listing. Host's hospitality was incredible, making my stay even more special. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable house in a very nice condominium. For a perfect experience, I suggest hiring the services of Cíntia, a great cook and extremely available to help. The only negative point, if I can mention, is the existence of mud in parts of the condominium beach. On the last day of stay I discovered a great beach just over 1 km from the condominium.

Awesome place! Chalé and far from the beach, and have considerable climb, put the view and isolation and rewarded !

Our stay at Cecilia's place was perfect! The owner was always available in the questions we had and the employee Ilza is very helpful and competent! It definitely made a difference in our stay. We'll be back in the next opportunity!

I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility and privacy. And most importantly, a lot of contact with nature and everything it provides, from the sound of birds, the sound of rain on the leaves (white noises that we seek in apps for relaxation), to the presence of bees, ants and mosquitoes. You have to like immersion in nature and respect it. We went with two little dogs who had a lot of fun. Andressa welcomed us with all the support for luggage and transfers, treated us throughout the stay as if we were at home. Quiet sea and beach with little movement. We brought food to prepare in the cottage because we like to cook. But there's the restaurant that offers a variety of meal options. It was really worth it, even with the January rain.

We were in 10 people and were wonderful days, the house has a large living room and balcony with everything a home must have of comfort, the outdoor area is wonderful and the condominium has excellent structure and access to the beach. We already want to return for other holidays.

We were very pleased with the stay in Rayssa's place! I was well oriented at all times, we kept in touch by phone and she gave me Luciana's contact - who is the person who takes care of the house and lives in the area. Luciana was excellent at all times! Always open when we needed it. The cleanliness of the house is IMPECCABLE. No dust, no dirty glass and absolutely no spiderweb - even though the house is very close to the forest. The house has all the infrastructure you need to enjoy Ubatuba in comfort. All appliances working perfectly. Cool refrigerators. Big and good stove. Ares Conditioning in all rooms and super powerful. Pool is beautiful, it has lights. The TV is state-of-the-art. The grill is a good grill. I even rolled a sauna! It's a home I'll come back to more often for sure! It was a nice surprise
