The house is rustic, well aired, air-conditioned in the suite, in the other rooms and fan rooms. The bedrooms and living room open to the balcony with wonderful sea views and peaks of Serra do Mar. You can see many species of birds , wild animals. A lot of tranquility, security 24/hs, saves lives on the beach, calm sea, perfect for children and for maritime sports. In the summer 1 floating deck is in the sea, from it to see turtles strolling. Above 6 guests are charged extra daily
