The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighborhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic center (15 minutes on foot, very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood stores. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insect repellent. Excellent value for money.

Well located, even from the historic center of Paraty, by car 5 minutes and 15 min walking! My stay was great!! I'll definitely be back.

• The apartment is very spacious and everything is brand new, including a well stocked kitchen. • Location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of town located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Make sure you turn left when leaving the complex to take the short route to the river. • The host is always quick to respond and help in anyway she can (she lives just a few doors away). • Great spot with a hammock to relax in outside.

We were very pleased with our stay! From the first contact, David was extremely helpful, proactive, kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. The house is comfortable, well equipped and exactly as in the photos. The neighborhood is super quiet, ideal for resting, and the location is excellent: really close to the historic center and a few minutes from Jabaquara beach. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

It was incredible days we spent staying with Bruna and Family. Bruna's mother, her father (Mr. Gabriel) and the whole family are wonderful people, welcomed us like family. Super recommend and I hope to return, the chalet is very well organized, very clean. The waterfall behind the site is wonderful to cool off!

The stay was great from beginning to end. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, with cutlery, utensils, essential appliances available for use, a fan, air conditioning, and an induction stove. Everything you might need at your fingertips. I even asked the host if he had a barbecue to lend me, and he offered to lend me one immediately and bought a barbecue. 😳 I was very happy with the treatment, the shower in the house is wonderful, I felt like living in that shower lol Super comfortable bed, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend it! The hosts are super helpful, ready to answer any questions, I felt at home. The house, as the advertisement says, is around 21 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the entrance to the neighborhood is dirt, but nothing that gets in the way. The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!
