Extremely clean and comfortable environment ! The location is PERFECT! Close to the main avenue, bakeries and restaurants! It was really worth it !!! I would definitely come back !!!!

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for the kids. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely return!!!

The stay was very good! The place is as advertised! Juana was very kind in her communications. The condominium is easily accessible and very close to Capivari. Only the sofa bed in the living room is a little uncomfortable and we found the mattress in the bedroom to be very soft. We also had a small communication problem about the boiler: we didn't know that the circuit breaker (located behind the entrance door) should be turned on and we had to take a cold shower when we arrived. Juana recommended that we speak with the reception to resolve the issue. Another detail is that the elevator was under maintenance, so we had to go up 2 floors with the suitcases.

My husband and I were in Cunha for the third time. The other times we stayed in other accommodations, to which I would not return, unlike Mel's accommodation. I will certainly return to Cunha and stay here again. The atmosphere was very peaceful, everything was clean and the view was beautiful. Being able to bathe while looking at the bush was a very wonderful experience. I needed some items to sanitize my car and Mel was super helpful in lending them to me.

The site is cozy and the historic center is a beauty, worth knowing. And access to the beaches is easy. I really liked it!!

Matheus' accommodation is impeccable! I thought the space was even cooler in person than in the photos! Quiet location and close to the center, super tidy and especially very comfortable space. Super comfortable bed and fragrant bedding. Everything was super new and organized, we were able to relax and get to the Monte Verde Center quickly by car. In addition to the perfect space, Matheus and Nathalia are dear and super attentive hosts, we felt at home. Thank you, our holiday was amazing!

The apartment is very beautiful, exactly like in the pictures. we arrived and it was well arranged and fragrant, great location for those who have a car and it is also good for those who are on foot. very close to the beach and also to good markets and restaurants. access is easy, all done digitally, the instructions and contact with Flávio were great since we rented the space. we'll be back for sure.

Hostão Rafael is very attentive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and it was very clean and with no sign of mold (which is important to me because I am allergic). We like it very much and hope to come back again.

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

Very good hosting and location. Next to the beach and 15 minutes by car from the center, it is also close to the beaches on the south side. I recommend it and would return.

The house has a beautiful view of the island's canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen and integrated living room, which allows everyone to integrate. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.
