We loved this air b&b and it really started to feel like home! It’s very clean and it has almost everything you need. The room was very comfortable and has all of the amenities such as toaster, towels, snorkel, wifi, washer/dryer on site, etc. There are residents in the building that were very nice. The area is about 15 minute drive to downtown and the fish fry. The location was perfect for us because we prefer the quiet/calm setting, but we were close enough to check everything out. It’s a 1 minute walk to fort Montague beach. The beach has trash just like every beach where people frequent, but a local crew comes out to pick up. (Everyone who visits should do their part too). The water is crystal clear and we saw marine life. The locals were so welcoming and kind. We made a lot of friends and there’s a great beach bar right on fort montague called Mr. tropical. The owner is the most awesome guy. T was so helpful the entire time and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. They helped us to contact a car rental agency when we had a flat tire. Highly recommended!

Deborah’s place was superb!…Her proactive communication made us feel at ease transitioning from one chaotic experience to such a smooth experience at her place which was needed greatly to dial down our stress levels during our vacation. Place was clean and most importantly, the bed was super comfortable for our backs which are so sensitive. The kitchen was stocked with necessities which made life that much simpler. We truly appreciated the hospitality Kim and Brent offered. The home was exactly as we expected and was very spacious for our group of four. The market was a short distance and easily walkable, very convenient. The walk to the beach was much the same and provided us with beautiful early morning views. We ate dinner at local spots like Tuga Supper Club and Meze Grill. Meze Grill was by far the winner in our book but both are worth checking out for yourself. Overall, Kim is an easy going host— one of the best I’ve experienced. No long laundry lists of cleaning tasks on your way out and it makes the checkout process so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time here and it felt just like the first. Everything was clean and smelt fresh and nice. Only downfall was the water pressure in the area but other than that no complaints.

This place was absolutely perfect, so much we ended up extending our stay. The house was comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Chauncey was incredibly amazing and very attentive. Where do I start? Penny’s house is beautiful inside and out. Well located across from the water and near a supermarket (7minutes walking). Penny was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back and will recommend her place to anyone looking to vacation at Nassau.

Wonderful stay for my family of 4. Worth every penny. Sparkling clean and very spacious / modern. Highly secure with a mechanical gate and security guard. The pool was great and there is a small private beach with easy access. The Sandyport beach just a couple of minutes walk is really nice. Grocery stores and restaurants a few minutes away. We went to ‘Twisted Lime’ and I had the cracked conch which was excellent. As others have said just be really careful whether driving or walking when you leave the complex as the road bends in a way you can’t easily see the traffic and the cars come FLYING down! It’s always busy traffic too. Overall highly recommend. Great place, great hosts and a perfect way for us to end our stay after a few days at Atlantis. Thank you we appreciate everything. 🙏

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

Insane was our word of the week! Water was beyond beautiful, house and view was breathtaking, we got in the water there at the house alot to cool off and snorkel . We felt safe and Diane was SO very kind , helpful and shared plenty of recommendations for us. We took a catamaran for a day that was only 8 min from the house, through Sail Tomorrow at Montagu beach…very safe and incredible day with our two teenagers snorkeling multiple stops and also saw the pigs, great lunch served and drinks . We also were able to go visit Atlantis and Baha Mar for no charge (other than parking)to walk around . Ate at the Wild Thyme, Latitudes, Poop Deck , restaurant at Atlantis and all were excellent minus the Fish fry at Junkanoo we didn’t care for . Overall insane trip we won’t forget!

We enjoyed our stay and the water was beautiful!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

Perfection. Our stay at this top notch property could not have been better. The rental was beautiful, modern, clean, with amazing views and stocked with anything you could need. The property was secure, peaceful, and the private infinity pool literally on the private beach was unparalleled to relax on the crystal blue waters. Excellent communication with the host and great tips and local suggestions which made our trip unforgettable. Easy walk to restaurants (Social House!!) and Baha Bay Waterpark and the Grand Hyatt for those wanting to explore. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Willy was a wonderful host. He picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the island and he also brought us to the grocery store. Throughout our whole stay he was very reliable and helpful. He has great recommendations on the best places to visit and eat at. I would definitely book with him again.

The Comfortable Getaway truly lives up to its name! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything you need is just a short walk away, Starbucks, restaurants, the beach, you name it. Talbot was very responsive and easy to reach, which made the stay even smoother. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

What a wonderful host! Michelle was so flexible and attentive, she was able to provide us with beach chairs and an umbrella and was very accommodating with arrival and checkout times. Her home was sparking clean, with large comfortable beds that can comfortably sleep 2. We rented a car which made our lives easily but you can walk the area. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful stay at the Bahamas!

Extremely recommended! really responsive and kind hosts. very Cosy place and provides everything above and beyond. Would highly recommend including the car as it would be difficult to travel around the island otherwise. Love beach is great and nearby.

This was a very beautiful, clean, spacious condo with all the amenities listed. It is located in a prime spot that includes walking distance to the beach, various restaurants surrounding the place, walking distance to the grocery store/gas station, and access to the amenities of the nearby resort. This place is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend it.

This place is close to beaches and restaurants, a great grocery store and other shopping. Although it's not new, the inside has been renovated and is spotlessly clean. One beach is about a five minute walk away (turn left). Another beach is a 10 minute walk (turn right). There are two beach chairs (the carry on your back type) and a beach umbrella in the room. First day we went to the beach (left), it was empty. Amazing! The bed is very comfy-you'll sleep well. Nice patio out back. You're close to the road, but it's quiet inside. We loved it.
