Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Providence

We had a lovely time! It was super easy to walk to the beach our location felt super private. The bus was right down the street and super easy to navigate getting to the downtown area.

Great location very close to the beach, the place was super clean you literally feel like home. Only downside was the door which was a little bit tricky to open but beside that everything was great.

This experience was much better than we have had staying in Air BnB properties. Kyrene literally thought of everything we could need and had it available for us. The condo was clean, private, and well organized. The area was quiet and the pool outside was clean and so nice! We had a power outage the last night we were there, and Kyrene kept us updated on the situation. We loved staying here and if u could give it 6 stars, I would!

My best friend and I stayed at Sandi’s place for 4 nights and we had an amazing experience! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, and the area it was in felt very nice and safe. It is a quick 15 minute walk to downtown area / Junkanoo beach and is overall very walkable. Sandi and Greg were amazing hosts and were very welcoming and helpful with answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Sandi!

This place was a great stopover between arriving in the Bahamas and transferring to a liveaboard boat for the rest of the week. There were cute restaurants and a quiet beach within walking distance.

We loved this air b&b and it really started to feel like home! It’s very clean and it has almost everything you need. The room was very comfortable and has all of the amenities such as toaster, towels, snorkel, wifi, washer/dryer on site, etc. There are residents in the building that were very nice. The area is about 15 minute drive to downtown and the fish fry. The location was perfect for us because we prefer the quiet/calm setting, but we were close enough to check everything out. It’s a 1 minute walk to fort Montague beach. The beach has trash just like every beach where people frequent, but a local crew comes out to pick up. (Everyone who visits should do their part too). The water is crystal clear and we saw marine life. The locals were so welcoming and kind. We made a lot of friends and there’s a great beach bar right on fort montague called Mr. tropical. The owner is the most awesome guy. T was so helpful the entire time and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!

We truly appreciated the hospitality Kim and Brent offered. The home was exactly as we expected and was very spacious for our group of four. The market was a short distance and easily walkable, very convenient. The walk to the beach was much the same and provided us with beautiful early morning views. We ate dinner at local spots like Tuga Supper Club and Meze Grill. Meze Grill was by far the winner in our book but both are worth checking out for yourself. Overall, Kim is an easy going host— one of the best I’ve experienced. No long laundry lists of cleaning tasks on your way out and it makes the checkout process so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were very happy here. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and it was great to have a full kitchen and a washer dryer. We were able to walk to a grocery store, a Starbucks, and Meze Grill for dinner. We could walk to a little beach called Relax Beach. We also took the bus to Goodman’s Bay. It was nice not to have to rent a car. The hosts are very helpful!

Where do I start?, from all the places we have ever stayed this place top every single one. The view is absolutely beautiful as well as the condo. We had the beach basically to ourselves. We went to buy groceries so we could have food ready after a day on the beach the only bad thing about the it is we had to leave to come back to real life. Hope to go back to the same one day.

Wonderful stay for my family of 4. Worth every penny. Sparkling clean and very spacious / modern. Highly secure with a mechanical gate and security guard. The pool was great and there is a small private beach with easy access. The Sandyport beach just a couple of minutes walk is really nice. Grocery stores and restaurants a few minutes away. We went to ‘Twisted Lime’ and I had the cracked conch which was excellent. As others have said just be really careful whether driving or walking when you leave the complex as the road bends in a way you can’t easily see the traffic and the cars come FLYING down! It’s always busy traffic too. Overall highly recommend. Great place, great hosts and a perfect way for us to end our stay after a few days at Atlantis. Thank you we appreciate everything. 🙏

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

Insane was our word of the week! Water was beyond beautiful, house and view was breathtaking, we got in the water there at the house alot to cool off and snorkel . We felt safe and Diane was SO very kind , helpful and shared plenty of recommendations for us. We took a catamaran for a day that was only 8 min from the house, through Sail Tomorrow at Montagu beach…very safe and incredible day with our two teenagers snorkeling multiple stops and also saw the pigs, great lunch served and drinks . We also were able to go visit Atlantis and Baha Mar for no charge (other than parking)to walk around . Ate at the Wild Thyme, Latitudes, Poop Deck , restaurant at Atlantis and all were excellent minus the Fish fry at Junkanoo we didn’t care for . Overall insane trip we won’t forget!

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

Awesome place, had everything we needed and it's just a 6-minute drive from downtown. Catherine was a fantastic host, super helpful and always got back to us right away. I totally recommend it!

This house was amazing. It was so beautiful. Our hosts were readily available to us when we sent them a message. They always responded within five minutes. They were so helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable. The pool was the best part. It was so refreshing to be able to get into the pool after a day of sightseeing. It is a very secluded house on the other side of the island. So you should rent a car if you stay here. But that's what we liked about it because we were not around a bunch of tourists. Jaws beach is about 15 minutes away and it was a beautiful beach. Very peaceful and we practically had it to ourselves. I personally thought it was the greatest beach on the island because it was clean. The house is in a gated community. So that added an extra feeling of safety. The guards at the gate shack were very friendly . Alvan was one of the best hosts that I ever had. Very accommodating and so very friendly. He was very helpful.

The Comfortable Getaway truly lives up to its name! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything you need is just a short walk away, Starbucks, restaurants, the beach, you name it. Talbot was very responsive and easy to reach, which made the stay even smoother. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Extremely recommended! really responsive and kind hosts. very Cosy place and provides everything above and beyond. Would highly recommend including the car as it would be difficult to travel around the island otherwise. Love beach is great and nearby.

This was a very beautiful, clean, spacious condo with all the amenities listed. It is located in a prime spot that includes walking distance to the beach, various restaurants surrounding the place, walking distance to the grocery store/gas station, and access to the amenities of the nearby resort. This place is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend it.

Our rental of Samantha's condo was well above what you would expect from condo rentals. She was very helpful with answering questions and her place was clean and everything worked great for our trip. The bed was very comfortable and having the washer and dryer in the unit is a plus to be able to clean clothes while there. The only thing that I can say was an issue was the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. Would definitely choose her condo again if we return to Nassau.

Most importantly the King bed was comfortable and the place had AC that worked and a full bath upstairs. This place is next to the Four Seasons Ocean Club and 10-15 min down the beach from the Atlantis This condo and the whole community is very basic with no frills but it boasts the best beach in the Bahamas. You have to punch in a code into two different gates to get to the beach but that means a VERY private and relaxing beach experience. Viola's restaurant is right out your front door on the property and has very reasonable and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are going to cook in, I recommend stopping at the Solomon's Fresh Market near the airport and getting all your groceries there or at a larger grocery store. The grocery on Paradise Island is pricey and very limited and a pretty decent walk (especially if raining). This has a circular staircase that some folks might find hard to use but if you are mobile, it's fine. Pull out sofa is fine for kids but not adults.

Jody and Chauncey are great hosts. I got sick on the day I came in and Chauncey provided all the useful info and even got the essentials from the store for me. Made me feel safe and secure. The place is nice, clean and spacious just like the pictures show. Two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a cosy living-room and a spacious balcony. Great place and lots of room for the family of four. Nice, safe neighborhood, a 10 min walk from the beautiful Cabbage beach. Advice to buy your groceries in Nassau, the Paradise island stores sell bare necessities.
