The accommodation is located a few meters from the main street of Santa Teresa. The location is excellent. It is in front of the best beach in Santa Teresa which has the best sunsets. It is in a very quiet area. In our case, we value that it's not in a noisy place, but a few blocks from all restaurants and bars. Also, it has a supermarket a block away. For two people, the accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is very complete and can be cooked. Being a jungle area, it is inevitable that there are some bugs. The balcony is like it looks in the pictures. The water pressure in the bathroom is not very strong but it works fine. The air and fans worked well so we didn't suffer from the heat. Very important. If you are looking for something close to the beach in the center of Sta Teresa, it's a great option. Franco was always available. Recommended

If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

This apartment was amazing. Windows the length of the apartment looking out into nature was dreamy! Also have the apartment cleaned on a regular basis was nice, it’s nearly impossible to not drag sand in.

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! An excellent choice at a reasonable price. The accommodation is true to its description and photographs. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Adema is located in an ideal point (close to good gastronomy and the beach) but far from the noise. They have a parking lot and the pool is bigger than it looks. We had no problem with anything. Rodrigo was super friendly and attentive at all times.

What an incredible place and an unforgettable vacation! The location at The Palms is absolutely spectacular, with the soothing sound of waves crashing just outside. The condo was amazing, clean and just right for family, especially with resort next door. What a unique experience! You have all the amenities of a resort if you desire, but the intimacy and private atmosphere at The Palms truly made it special. I highly recommend it—Jessica and her team are exceptional, and I will definitely consider returning. This has been one of my top vacations, and everything just fell into place perfectly.

This place’s location alone is a winner! So close to the beach (it’s literally across the street) and good restaurants. We were put in contact with Julieta who was wonderful in helping us book things in the area, like surfing and Tortuga island tours. Place was cozy and convenient. The only thing is it is an outdoor kitchen, so make sure all food items are put away properly. We saw some raccoons trying to get food haha! Besides that if you want to be close to the beach, this is your spot!

This was worth it every second and every penny. Very very peaceful and beautiful place. The nature you need to heal your soul in just a few days. The internet was missing, but I didn’t want to work anyway. I just wanted nature for myself I give it a 11/10. You should definitely go for it.

We loved staying at Casa Wahoo. Quiet little corner away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, yet easy to get to various surf breaks and town. The place was very clean and felt new/nice. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, so we just shared 2 rooms. AC in the main area and the 2 rooms worked great.

The house was extremely clean and the service was amazing! Marie was incredibly kind, super responsive, and very helpful. Towels were changed daily, the bed was always made, and everything was spotless. What truly made the stay so enjoyable was Marie — she was always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, she supported me with all my questions and helped organize my activities. I highly recommend this place 100%! Just a heads-up: as mentioned in the listing, you do need a 4x4 or an ATV to access the property. Thank you again, Marie, for your help and kindness!

Two wonderful nights in Cnthya's accommodation, she and her husband are kind and welcoming. We wanted to extend our stay for more nights! They recommended activities with reduced prices, we spent our best moments in the pool. Cinthya is really smiling and loves to help, it was our best experience, it's amazing!

Very large condo with large open area. Well equipped and functional. Beautiful views of the garden and pool, we observed a lot of birds. Safe and close to restaurants.

I loved the place, it was as described on the website and in the photos, I highly recommend it for people with pets.
