Holiday rentals with lake access in Panama City Beach

Beautiful home! Just like the photos! Check in was very easy and location is spectacular. Your minutes away from the beach on the gulf cart which is a great amenity! This is a true gem! Tucked away from the busy Rosemary and Ally’s beach but just a quick drive to the beautiful areas of 30A! John, Lauren, Mark and Julie were always there the entire stay and helped us with any little hiccups we had! Place was very very clean besides some minor things. There was construction right behind the house. Which was a little busier this week but wasn’t that bad. our stay was spectacular! All beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home!

Everything was perfect for my family of 11! The space was more than enough for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. Each of us had room to spread out, yet there were also cozy areas for us to gather and enjoy quality time together. The home was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained — just like the pictures, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the peaceful atmosphere. This stay made our family trip extra special, and we would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly communicative, and accommodating before and throughout our stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and town, and nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again. I should’ve done my research..everything we wanted to do was 30 mins away or more so that’s my fault. There is a grocery store 8 mins up the road though so that’s was convenient. It’s in a fancy, rich neighborhood with a beautiful beach and the house itself was better than we even expected; we enjoyed our stay so so much! Only complaint I had was curtains would be nice hahaha I would wake up as soon as the sun came up! The pool was awesome; the hosts were very responsive! Definitely a chill spot for my family and I to spend our vacation!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Location, Location, Location! The views were great and the place is perfect for a couple, no more than two people as stated! The living room and main area was just as described, however the bathroom layout was a little tight. Would definitely recommend

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

Great stay. Master bedroom bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Slept like a baby. Lots of floor mats all around which is a beach necessity to keep sand out and comfy in. Rain shower head was a treat and the water pressure was great. Shower curtain was a little pink around the bottom indicating a need to be washed or bleached. Not a big deal and my eyes were closed enjoying the rain head shower anyway. Guest bed wasn’t quite as comfy as the master, but my daughter didn’t have any trouble sleeping in each day. Black out window coverings would be a nice addition as it gets bright early at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, but the only we used during our stay was the fridge and mw. Checkout duties were normal start the dw and washing machine before you leave. Nothing ridiculous. Wife mentioned that the kitchen cabinets and stove front could use a deep clean. We did have guests in the attached apt. During our stay in the main unit. I could hear them pretty clearly through the walls.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

This has been the BEST airbnb I've stayed at so far. Will definitely be getting this place again on my next visit to Panama city.

This place is so cute! From the roosters crowing in the morning to the tree frogs singing in the evening; we loved it. The property is filled with charm having beautiful gardens & a variety of Annie's antique treasures around the cottage... vintage, quirky ,rustic... It all takes you back to a simpler time and gives you that true southern, "old florida" vibe. Annie is so personable and sweet..and knows all the hot spots around town for shopping, food and adventure.... and its just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf. Wonderful place!

Lovely home and location especially for a family with children! Has everything you need at the house and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It didn’t feel like a typical AirBnB with most basic amenities possible, it was truly nearly as comfortable as our own home. Thanks for having us!
