David was a great host and was quick to respond to any of my million questions I had! This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family and we are already talking about rebooking for next year maybe even sooner! I highly recommend this location for your families next stay!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

We loved everything about this place the peacefulness the cleanliness. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Beach and restaurants were phenomenal and within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed right in the house. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Ganna was such an amazing host . The home was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and such a great location with walking distance to the beach . Due to being there for dance competition I had to make my stay longer and ganna made this such an easy adjustment to extend my stay . When I come back to visit I will stay in the same home as I loved it just that much .

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect place for our little family, loved that it has a fenced in back yard and isn’t far from the beach! Christine was a very responsive host and we can’t wait to visit again.

Great place to stay, the pour coffee house and the salty goat saloon are within 1/8 mile walk so super close, then the beach is real close too. Great place, great host.

It’s close to local bars, coffee shops, and most importantly the beach! The outdoor shower is refreshing. So nice to be able to bop home to refresh a drink, check for sunburn, or make a sandwich without skipping a beat. We had some cozy movie nights.

The unit was exactly as advertised. The beach is right across the street and just a short walk to the beach access. The host was quick to respond to our questions. There was a grocery store & restaurants within a 3 minute drive or easily walkable.

Everything was wonderful, our family had a great time. We were able to relax and walk to the beach. The house smelled amazing when we got there and kept the clean smell all week. Having washer and dryer access was so important for a family of 7. The pool was clean and not busy. The area was quiet and peaceful while still being close to all the things to do. We will be back and recommend this location to anyone interested. Thank you for opening your space to us!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The view and proximity to the beach and gulf are unbeatable. We make an annual trip to PCB and this will be our new home away from home! Perfect fenced in space for dog is really handy. The townhouse is clean, exactly as shown in photos, no fuss or frills but high end finishes. Dave’s hand painted signs are fun to read! Best trip ever!

My stay was great, very clean and looked just like the photos. When we arrived the tv was not working , the host immediately sent someone over and fixed it. My only complaint was there was not a tv in the third bedroom, otherwise great stay. Will stay again

Our stay at The Oleander Place was great. Megan was very responsive and friendly and the Airbnb is close to everything we wanted to visit. Even had beach access walking distance. We had a great stay!

If you’re looking for easy beach access this is a great location! The house is as pictured, very cute, and already stocked up with household items. Would definitely stay again!

This was my 4th year booking with Lisa, and once again, it was a great experience! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and toys were a big bonus, especially for families. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and never too crowded. Lisa is always a great host—responsive, kind, and consistent. Looking forward to next year already

We stayed at a few different locations while in PCB waiting on our new house to be finished and ready to move into and of all the places we stayed, Irina's was top notch and by far the best. She was extremely responsive and had excellent communication regarding the location and check in/check out procedures and things pertaining to the stay, as well as recommendations for places to visit, beach flags, etc. Everything matched the photos and the house was very clean and tidy, I would recommend this location and host to anyone looking to visit Panama City.

Felt right at home. Super clean. Everything is walking distance. When had an amazing time. I one zillion percent remind especially if you and your partner is looking to get away. Not too expensive to stay. Already missing being there.

We had the most amazing stay & Jessica was an incredible host! The space was spotless, and felt so cozy and inviting. She was always super quick to respond, and clearly puts a lot of effort into making her guests feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—a quick 6 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
