The place is very good. Walking distance to the beach and yet away from the crowds. The place was very functional for a family with a kiddo. Clean pool and amazing hosts added to the experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was a great pleasure to spend our vacation in this apartments. Exceptional view, private territory, swimming pool. We felt at home and even little regretted to leave this beautiful place. Everything is available for short and long term stay. A small recommendation - to keep a flat mop so it’s easy to clean floor. I definitely would recommend this apartments.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

I had a wonderful time over here. The house is very homely and the views are incredible. It was just the kind of escape I needed. The place looks just like the pictures and is tucked away in nature, but you also have easy access to food and market needs, which is ideal. The host was friendly and approachable and was very proactive to requests. I felt right at home and I'm looking forward to staying here again when I visit south Goa.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

It was a really great place to stay in, with the beach being at a walkable distance and many options around for food and refreshments. The most impressive part was the host he was friendly, proactive and always responsive. Would definitely prefer this place in the future.

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options. We really liked the apartments, it has everything what is needed! A/c and fans could make it really cool. Very nice backyard with a pool and trees. The place is not far from Colva beach, we could try every restaurant. The owner met us, he was very friendly and nice person. Definitely recommend this apparat to stay for rest or for remote work.
