House holiday rentals in Palmetto Bay

Andy Resort's was exactly what we needed for our stay! We travelled from Texas to compete in the Collegiate Triathlon National Championships and Andy was very accommodating to our requests. Great place and definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

this Airbnb was perfecttt, the aesthetics of the home was beautiful And the host was very accommodating and responsive . Definitely recommend this Airbnb if in the Miami area.

Juan was a phenomenal host he replied right away and when we had a minor issue he addressed it right away. A beautiful home in a great neighborhood Juan is a Very very nice guy. He was responsive to a special request I made and was very clear about his expectations . All around a fantastic experience. It is a Lovely spacious home We stayed at another property a year ago for about the same amount of money and the same guests and it was the polar opposite from this stay . The A/C was non functional it was hotter inside than outside (7th layer of hell) Found out later that it had been non functional for months . It was dirty ,we do not wear shoes inside and our on feet were black. It smelled stale and the sofa was beer soaked ( hope it was just beer ) oh yes it had a broken large picture window facing the lake in the rear of the house . There was glass all inside the sunroom. We cleaned it up. But with no screen mosquitos came in. So this stay was especially great.

Mr. Franklin's house is located in a very nice and safe place. The pool is kept at a pleasant temperature and is clean, and everything in general is very clean and organized. We loved EVERYTHING. I recommend this house wholeheartedly.

Central location for the activities we wanted to do: visit the Keys, Miami, and Everglades. some good restaurants nearby our favorite was the Brazilian Steak House. The back yard with pool. tub and BBQ was out favorite part of the house for our three teenagers

Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and that made all the difference in our stay. Now, let’s talk about Glen – what an amazing host! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available for anything we needed. She truly cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. Glen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us – and it truly was! We 100% recommend this place. There’s no better option in Miami! If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming home with a fantastic host, this is it. Thank you so much, Glen – we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay before we cruised. There was planet of room for all ten of us who stayed. Plenty of activities at the property! Clean! Just like what is described! Wonderful host. Very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful spacious kitchen excellent for entertaining! Although I did not entertain would definitely recommend this home! The living room is also spacious with a great area to relax and watch tv on a big screen. Beds are super comfortable which is a must! Location was excellent as it’s near all kinds of stores but yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The home sits on a cul de sac so there isn’t a lot of traffic. America was quick to resolve an issue with the stove. She was available and communicative always. The home has no shortage of anything you will need, we stayed over 2 weeks!

Angela was a great host! The place was clean and tidy. She communicates quickly and went out of her way to make us get settled quickly. She left toys and books for our 2 year old to play with. The surrounding trees and flowers were beautiful. Plus seeing the peacocks daily was an added bonus!

This place is honestly one of the most well thought out houses I have ever stayed in. If your ever in the area and need a nice place to stay, don’t pass this one up

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Beautiful clean home with pool and jacuzzi. John communicated well throughout our stay. His communication was detailed and easy to understand

The home was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. There were a lot of personal touches in the home that were very much appreciated from the slippers, the kitchen tools, the complementary water and wine. The space was perfect, the room on the main floor was perfect for my mother. It was just overall a great experience in this home. Ailyn was very responsive and kind. I will definitely book this place again when I come back to Miami.

Was looking for a getaway and found Jessica and Javier’s home so I decided to give it a try. I was NOT disappointed. It is a beautiful home from the moment you walk in, to the backyard with an amazing pool to relax in. The house was very clean and smelled very clean/good. Parking was great and the overall experience was awesome. I would definitely be back. They were great hosts! :) If you’re thinking about booking, do it.. you will not regret it!

Johanna was an amazing host. She and her husband went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I had my own parking place (super convenient). Checking in was seamless and easy as Johanna's instructions were clear and concise. She responds very quickly is you ever need anything. She was proactive during my stay and inquired if there was anything she could do to make my stay better. She and her family were a delight and I would highly recommend her place to others looking for a place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to South Florida. Nice place. Very peaceful

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

What a wonderful stay. The home was well care for and clean. It’s was airy and relaxing, and bright. The neighborhood was quiet. Out check in was smooth. The host was amazing! Amparo was quick to reply, not that I needed anything as she took care of every detail and more. She had a chair for my baby, a pack and play with mattress, books for reading to the kids and even toys! I felt so very special! And little snacks tray in the fridge. It was a nice touch! She definitely has a thing for hosting, I tell you! I wish I could give her more stars. She deserves a hundred! Will definitely be looking to come back to her stay when visiting. We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.
