Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I came to Vero Beach to spend the weekend at the beach and the location was only a 5 minute drive to south beach park. Also some great restaurants nearby.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Great place to stay to go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral… very clean and close to the port!!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

We loved our stay! Grandkids loved the pool. I practically lived on the back patio. House matches pictures and description with many thoughtful extras. The coffee bar is best we've had at an Airbnb. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for a fun day at the beach. Kitchen was very nice, and family room is huge. Communication was very good. House is on an acre, trees/bushes by the pool for privacy. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. My wife and grandkids even drove to Disney for a day.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Where do I begin! Adriana really made this trip for us. She was very quick to respond and never gave me bad news. She made my guest and I feel better comfortable and we honestly believe the stay wouldn’t have been the same if it was with a different HOST! She was fantastic! Don’t get me started on the lovely property. I am currently writing this at work where I she’s spent most of my time reminiscing our stay. From happy atmosphere to relaxing pool side and admiring the beauty within the yard. Not only that but the property was close to everything while also being secluded and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which is very hard to come by. I wish I can go back and I’ll be sure to make the wish come true. My guest and myself, 100% plan on coming back…it’s all just a matter of when. This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

Great experience. Fun atmosphere not too far from the beach pool was so nice on a hot day. my family and I stayed on our way to Disney and liked the layout of the house and the decor. Only problems we had were at checkout the door wouldn't lock and the backdoor wouldn't lock during our stay (however the gate was locked and the back door was a fenced in area). pool was warm and perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Aaron's place was wonderful and completely suited our needs. Aaron was communicative, friendly, and even gave me a call after our checkout to ensure safe travels and to thank us for staying with him. I would stay here again.

This truly felt like home away from home. The house was spotless, beautiful and everything that was promised. Katherine was also a wonderful, friendly and responsive host. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and peaceful with easy access to the interstate. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to staying again when I come back.

We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed! It was a tremendous value and very very nice! 10/10 recommendation to anyone!

We recently stayed at Pete’s Place while in town for a baseball tournament, and had a fantastic experience. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — even leaving a thoughtful good luck note for our son, which meant a lot. She was incredibly friendly, checked in just the right amount, and offered helpful local recommendations without being intrusive. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. While other families on our team encountered issues like bugs at their rentals, we had no such problems — everything was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We would highly recommend Pete’s Place to anyone visiting the area. It truly stood out as a top-notch stay.

Jake was an excellent host. Very quick responses to any questions or issues. The AC was not working optimally and Jake did not hesitate to send a technician right away to fix the problem 100%. My group was very pleased. Thanks Jake!
