Host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely caring, attentive and kind. Since my flight arrived at dawn, he picked me up without me asking. Before my arrival, I asked for directions to places to visit and he gave me a fantastic itinerary. In addition, my reservation would expire one day after my departure and he also changed it so that I had the refund without me requesting it. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the ad. The city of Olbia has a strategic location to visit several beaches in the region. I highly recommend this trip.

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Central apartment in a particularly quiet area, ideal for visiting various places, beaches and eating in excellent restaurants on the Costa Smeralda. Need to have a car for travelling around. Perfectly clean and everything you need for your stay is available. There is a lack of light in the various rooms, which therefore remain cool, certainly a good thing in summer. During the months with not exactly summer temperatures, there are still wall-mounted air conditioners that also allow you to heat. Parking near the house, on the street (very quiet, frequented only by the few people who live in the area). Andrea is a very professional, precise, kind, discreet and helpful host. Check-in and check-out are perfectly managed with remote communication. Have a nice vacation.

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Marina’s communication was excellent—she was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

Perfect accommodation for a holiday in the Costa Smeralda. In an instant you can reach both the S. T. Di Gallura area and the Palau area. Always responsive host and Mrs. Elena who welcomed us nice and helpful. The apartment features everything you need. Located in an area slightly raised by the sea, so the temperature is always optimal. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. The place was VERY clean, well-equipped and in a good location with easy parking. Simona was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water due to torrential rain and the next day it was solved. We recommend this property and would definitely come back.

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was just a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. The location of the apartment is fantastic and the view unforgettable. The terrace is almost larger than the apartment itself. The apartment was clean and you have everything you need, but it should be renovated again and a few parts replaced.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Agostina’s apartment . We swam daily in the beautiful clear waters of the sea just behind . We swam from the rocks . Lovely walking in the forests of the mountains near Vallacciola. Visited lots of the prehistoric Nuraghe and Other historic sights such as Castelsardo . Many thanks . We had a fantastic first holiday in Sardinia, not least because of Paola's strategically superbly located and really sweet apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, was very clean and cozy, so we felt comfortable right away. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and big. We already miss having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea in the morning. 😍 Paola is very friendly and always helped us quickly with questions. We will be happy to come back!

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the apartment is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

Emanuela is very friendly and communicates exceptionally quickly and precisely! So everything went smoothly before and during the stay and without problems. She is also very helpful and handles any question or matter. Her mom, whom we were also allowed to meet, is super sweet and likeable.
