Holiday rentals with breakfast in Palau

The house and the location are amazing. The view from terrasse is unbelievably beautiful. Chiara is very helpful and available and provide all instructions in details. I will be back for sure.

Great stay! Super convenient location to the center of San Teodoro, walkable to everything. House was peaceful and clean. Antonello greeted us and welcomed us with food and drinks stocked which was so nice!! Heed his warning when he tells you about the Friday mercato. We didn’t move our rental car far enough and it got towed. He didn’t reply when we asked for advice on how to retrieve it but thankfully Gabriele was great and was super proactive about helping us get it back. Gabrielle also was very friendly and sent us some great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and excursions.

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

Very cute house and host available and nice!! Outdoor shower very popular with children on the way back from the beach! Proximity to beach and sightseeing, perfect!!!

Elia was a dream host. I've stayed in 50+ Airbnbs over the years and she is easily one of the top 2-3 most hospitable that my wife and I have encountered. From beach to food recommendations, making sure we were comfortable at all times was so nice - especially since it was our first time travelling outside the UK with our 8 month old son. Sozza is such a quaint little village I was even able to watch the Champions League final with some of Elia's friends at the local bar - what a great experience! Sozza is well located near beach towns, but also near the Barbagia region, so makes a great home base for day trips. Couldn't recommend Elia's beautiful family home enough -- with original painted murals on the outside as the icing on the cake.

delightful accommodation, integrating a modern sensibility and an old style stone building so both elements are present and contribute to the ambience. the host provided nice welcoming touches, good recommendations and was very responsive. I will note that this is not a place for those with problems balancing or climbing stairs, since the stair steps are high and the stones well worn. highly recommended for everyone else.

The house is very personally designed, located only 10 minutes walk from the long sandy beach on a very quiet property with lots of oleander and a covered place to sit relaxed. A pleasant place if you don't want to spend the whole day on the beach. Castelsardo is a half hour drive away and it has many varied rock and sandy beaches nearby. Mara and Giovanni live in a house on the property, are pleasant hosts and I like to remember to say my name to Mara's sparkling manner.

We had a great stay at Angelo's house. The house is located in a quiet place in the (small) mountains with a beautiful view. It was a real pleasure to have breakfast, an aperitif and dinner on the terrace with that view. Although the house is not on the coast, the beaches are not far away. There's also plenty to do from there. Angelo and his family are perfect hosts with whom it is pleasant to chat. We were able to taste their wine and vegetables from their garden. The house is perfectly furnished. Everything you need is there.

Excellent house, awesome landscape view

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and responsive throughout the stay, with the room being great value for money compared with other nearby stays at this time of year.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Pietro and his mom are two attentive and helpful hosts, we immediately got in touch. The house is spacious, functional and complete with everything (washing machine, clothes rack, pegs, barbecue, outdoor table, detergent, soaps, etc.) the house is immersed in an atmosphere of other times, it is in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from downtown and with the possibility of parking nearby. We also really appreciated the fig plants in the garden.

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus for cooling off during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

The studio is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from Olbia and 15/20 from San Teodoro. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, markets and everything you need for your vacation. The apartment, even if small, is new and very clean. Bathroom not too comfortable due to the small size but the shower is big enough even for 2. The host is very friendly and we had no problems.

Lovely stay, the apartment had what we needed, very clean and quiet. We would return as we believe this is good value for money. You will need a car to go into town, or use a taxi, but the surroundings compensate for the distance. Overall 5 stars, we are already missing sitting on the balcony, with stunning mountain views, watching the cattle and sheep graze across the field’s, whilst watching the sun go down …. . As for Maria, fabulous host, good communication prior to our arrival. We were not kept waiting to receive the keys, shown around and everything was explained to us. Contact numbers were given just in case we needed anything … perfect.

Betty is a great host, welcoming, warm, the accommodation is impeccable and the bedding is ultra comfortable! The best B&B of my entire road trip in Sardinia. I would recommend this place without a second thought!! Thanks again for everything, Betty ☺️🤗

I loved the accommodation, it was 3 minutes by car from La Cinta Beach (Beautiful beach). At breakfast, she made us a cake that was spectacular. There are many restaurants around the Airbnb. It is 20 minutes from Olbia airport. If you rent a car, there are many gas stations on the way as well. Everything is excellent, the host is very welcoming.

The B&B exceeded all expectations! It is totally picturesque in a small authentic place with the best view of the countryside and the sea. The room was not only clean, but pure and we could just feel comfortable. The bathroom was modern and really clean, the bedding fresh. Sandra was so helpful, welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips. Since we had to check out early the next morning, we unfortunately could not have breakfast. Sandra didn't want to let us go to the airport hungry, so she prepared a large breakfast to go for us in the evening, which we could take out of the fridge in the morning. So sweet!! 🥰

We loved our first stay here in Sardinia. It was peaceful, almost idyllic and a perfect place to come and relax. We were the only ones at the B&B and therefore felt like we had most of the space to ourself. We were able to cook in the kitchen at night and in the morning Esther prepared a lovely fresh breakfast with coffee, fruits and other things. We even handpicked our fruit from the trees, which we were more than welcome to do. The only important thing to note is that a car is a must have if you want to move around. Some of her recommendations (activities) were 10 minutes away minimum by car. The surroundings of Esther's home are very calm and it's more of a residential area than a place with many cafe's and restaurants. We however needed the space to unwind, and this was the perfect place to do so for a few days.

We loved our stay in San Teodoro! The house was very clean, super beautiful, in walking distance to downtown and a smaller beach area. Breakfast was great. Property was stunning. We wanted to stay longer we loved it so much!

We only stayed one night out of necessity, Anita immediately proved to be very helpful despite having requested a very early check-out (at 5:00 a.m.). Upon our arrival she had fresh water and fruit ready for us, while in the morning she prepared breakfast for us to take away. The room is clean and tidy, as is the common area. The area is a bit peripheral but for our type of stay it was fine. It is also just 20 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci. For those who want a quiet stay away from the chaos of the center, we recommend B&B Jantos.

Lovely host! Antonella was very responsive and extremely sweet. Felt right at home and the hot tub was really nice. One of the best hosts I have had. It was my bday so she even left some desert for me which was a very sweet thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend this place and Sardinia is beautiful ❤️

We were there for 1 night & the place is special. On foot you can reach the harbor and the restaurants within 10 minutes. Also a Spar is very close by. Parking is available in the street free of charge. The accommodation is very modern and the concept (color of the rooms and breakfast) is very well thought out. Breakfast is sufficient and we also had the opportunity to make contacts, which was really great for a road tour. There's even a small guest gift, really super sweet. All in all, we liked it very much and can wholeheartedly recommend the place.
