Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung von Duke und Luigi. Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit Duke und Luigi wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hatten hervorragende Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick von der Wohnung in die Bucht und auf den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit in Golfo Aranci sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Notre séjour d’une semaine dans ce bel appartement s’est très bien passé, il y avait tout le nécessaire charlotte est super, répond très rapidement si besoin, elle est aussi arrangeante au niveau des horaires si cela est possible évidemment ! Elle était présente à notre arrivée et à notre départ c’est bien plus agréable qu’une boîte à clés ! Appartement très proche du port (3mn à pied) avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques, d’un Spar (en bas de l’immeuble) et avec une place de parking ce qui est un vrai plus 👍 Il est agréable de prendre un verre ou de manger sur le balcon, c’est une rue passante mais en même temps on est au cœur de Bonifacio …. Nous gardons l’adresse au cas où 😊

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Appartamento centrale in zona particolarmente tranquilla, ideale per visitare vari luoghi, spiagge e mangiare in ottimi ristoranti della Costa Smeralda. Necessario avere un’auto per spostarsi. Perfettamente pulito e a disposizione tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno. Manca un po’ di luce nei vari locali, che quindi rimangono freschi, sicuramente un’ottima cosa in estate. Durante i mesi con temperature non proprio estive ci sono comunque dei condizionatori a parete che permettono anche di scaldare. Posteggi nei pressi della casa, sulla strada (molto tranquilla, frequentata unicamente dalle poche persone che vivono in zona). Andrea è un host molto professionale, preciso, gentile, discreto e disponibile. Check-in e check-out gestiti perfettamente con comunicazione a distanza. Bella vacanza.

Giuseppe is one of the BEST hosts we have ever stayed with!! He is kind and friendly and helpful and responsive. And the location in Santa Teresa Gallura and in Sardinia cannot be beat!! Darling village, amazing views, spacious lovely apartment a 2 minute walk from a stunning beach. The unit is extremely well appointed with beach towels and much more. Don’t miss out—you will be delighted you stayed here!!

Claudia’s flat was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. She provides everything you need to feel right at home. I highly recommend this flat with a beautiful view of the marina!

Alloggio perfetto per una vacanza in Costa Smeralda. In un attimo si raggiunge sia la zona di S. T. Di Gallura che la zona di Palau. Host sempre reattivo e la signora Elena che ci ha accolti simpatica e disponibile. L’appartamento dispone di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Situato in una zona leggermente rialzata dal mare perció la temperatura è sempre ottimale. Consigliatissimo!

An absolutely brilliant place to stay to take in all that Porto Cervo has to offer. We didn’t want to leave.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar estaba MUY limpio, bien equipado y en una buena ubicación con fácil aparcamiento. Simona fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente debido a una lluvia torrencial y al día siguiente quedó solucionado. Recomendamos esta propiedad y sin duda volvería.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Agostina’s apartment . We swam daily in the beautiful clear waters of the sea just behind . We swam from the rocks . Lovely walking in the forests of the mountains near Vallacciola. Visited lots of the prehistoric Nuraghe and Other historic sights such as Castelsardo . Many thanks . Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Wir haben einen fantastischen ersten Urlaub auf Sardinien gehabt, nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der strategisch super gelegenenen und wirklich süßen Wohnung von Paola. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und genütlich, sodas wir uns auf Anhieb wohl fühlten. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer schön groß. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon morgens auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken. 😍 Paola ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt und das Appartement waren sehr schön. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf das Meer und Korsika wunderschön. Die Lage des Appartement ist sehr gut. Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Capo Testa ist auch zu Fuß in 15 oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Santa Teresa ist zum bummeln, einkaufen oder essen gehen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Antonella und Claudia. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Wir haben mit unseren Söhnen (4 + 5 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche bei Ilaria verbracht😊 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Ilaria war extrem hilfsbereit und immer schnell/sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser absolutes Highlight waren die Abendessen auf der Terrasse/Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Highlight unserer Söhne war der wunderschöne Pool.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
