Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

We had a chance meeting Frank and Pat and it was fantastic! The house was spotless, location was perfect, we are thankful that host welcomed us with our favorite brand chocolate a bottle of red wine and vanilla ice cream. Special appreciation should be given for hot tub, koi pond in lanai, putting green and nice fenced yard. Both of our huskies loved it. Outstanding host, always quick to respond, helpful with recommendations. We tend to go new places and visit new things but future stays here are anticipated.

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

We spent a week here and can’t wait to return! We loved waking up and seeing all the bunnies from the balcony each morning! The kids loved the bunk room and the big bathtub! We had everything we needed and the property is just perfect for families! Everything was wonderful.

Sandra's place is perfect and she's an exceptional host! The home is spot on as presented in the description and the photos. This was my and my husband's 2nd stay here. It was as pleasurable and wonderful as the first time. The check in process is easy and uncomplicated. The home is well located in a beautiful, quiet community with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and all that the area at-large has to offer. This place will always be our first choice! We're already looking forward to our next stay at Sandra's.

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

All I can say is this beautiful AirB&B made our tiny get away spectacular! It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was clean, had all the amenities and a some extra fun things like a poker table for a nice evening wind down activity. The host Stacey was so kind and welcoming. I know for sure that when we plan another trip to Daytona, we would love to come back to the Pelican Place. Our dog also loved it, there is a dog beach close by too. Fun was had by everyone!!!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

We loved all the guard kitties around. Perfect for 2 people and our 2 pups enjoyed it as well. Peaceful place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved Martie’s bungalow!! It was beautiful inside and out. We felt so cozy and at home. The beach is 1 block away, easiest walk, and absolutely stunning. The drive to downtown is just under 20 minutes and Ubers/lyfts are readily available. The bungalow is at a perfect location for anyone hoping to spend a good chunk of time at the beach, and also explore beautiful St. Augustine. Martie was so kind and considerate. She was so proactive and detailed in communication. Check in and out instructions were clear and simple. Martie went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing things like prepared ice trays, coffee for us to make, DVDs for a movie night in, and more. We have stayed in other airbnbs in St. Augustine before but, when we come back, we know to book Martie’s bungalow again. 11/10 recommend!

This house was well equipped with all the essentials need for a lengthy stay. It was convenient with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any family that wants to be by the beach. We will defiantly be returning in the future. The Steiners from South Carolina.

I am so very thankful for my stay at this beautiful home. Everything we needed and then some! Absolutely, gorgeous. Made a nice meal in the kitchen as well. The deck is super nice. Chris and Evelyn are excellent host. I loved the bible verse in the sun room too! Felt very comforted by that. Thank you again very much. You made this an amazing weekend for graduation. The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Jeremy’s place was everything we wanted! Incredibly clean, had everything we needed (even had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us after our 10 hour road trip). Incredibly easy access to a peaceful beach and tons of cards games and board games for downtime at the condo. He was responsive and very friendly to any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The kids loved the pool. Pool was beautiful and heated. Lovely places to sit. Loved the porch and pool house.

The location on the beach of Saint Augustine was heavenly. Angela Melanie responded to all of our questions promptly. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on the beach, walking in sand almost immediately after you exit your condo. Weekly price was great and well worth it with everything included in the condo and on the grounds. Love this place and the host and will definitely visit again.

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

Kirsten is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, historical sites and the bay front. Definitely a place I would stay at in the future.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your property with us!

Staying at this AirBnB is quickly becoming a yearly family tradition for us! The condo has everything we need as a family of 4, the private beach access is delightful, and St. Augustine never disappoints. The owner is very responsive and addresses any needs as soon as possible, doing everything he can to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
