Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Palatka

I used this location as a spot for my three older children who live out of town. We needed the perfect spot for all 7 of them to stay while attending one of their siblings graduations at Clay High. This place was large enough to accomadate everything even with people visiting that lives in Green Cove. I'd highly recommend anyone who needed to stay in Green Cove this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to several places!

We loved staying here and plan on coming back. It was easy access with our boat to Silver Springs. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay. The host was a gem and the place was perfection. 5 stars isn’t enough- 10/10!

June was very quick to communicate and her house in the woods was a lot of fun for our small family gathering. It is definitely rustic, but that is part of the charm. Lots of beds and places to sleep and very well stocked.

This cabin was honestly one of my favorite Air BNBs I have ever visited! The decor is so cute and cozy, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The cabin has all the comforts of home while being in a gorgeous natural setting. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard facing the water, the deck, and the movies and games provided. The bedroom loft was my favorite and so comfy. It has a great view of the water. We had so much fun visiting the springs in the area and going for a swim. Silver Glen springs was our absolute favorite and so beautiful. Several other springs were within 20 minutes or less. We also were about an hour from Mount Dora, a fun historic town with lots of places to eat and shop. If you want to stay in a peaceful, quiet getaway close to the springs and forest, I highly recommend staying here!

Myself, my brother, my son and his wife (and their little dog) had a great time at Bill's Fish Camp. As with most waterfront properties, it's all about location! We spent loads of time on our kayaks with easy loading from their dock. If we put poles in the water, we would no doubt have caught some fish, because they were jumping all around us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill's Fish Camp for anyone desiring a genuine throwback, fun getaway on the water!

This was one of the best vacay homes I have ever stayed in! Clean, uncluttered, organized, with everything you could ask for to make stay perfect. Kristina was so accommodating that my every wish was met immediately and she responded to my inquiries quickly and completely. The house and location was private and relaxing—I could feel my entire body say “ahhhhhhhhh” from the very first day! Was entertained constantly by the wild life — from owls to alligators, a multitude of birds, fish jumping in the water, turtles giving me the “eye”, young squirrels chasing each other across the yard, birds chatting each other up each evening, lizards doing their head bob dances on the railings, butterflies floating in and around the porch…. If I had written a script, this would have been exactly what my heart desired! Easily a 12 on a scale of 1-10.

Our 2-Night Birthday Getaway 🌟 For my son’s 14th birthday, I wanted to do something special—just the five of us, no distractions, just quality time. As a single mom of four, I don’t always get the chance to slow down, but this short getaway gave us exactly that. We stayed two nights at this cozy Airbnb that felt like a home away from home. The kids were excited the moment we pulled up. The space was peaceful, clean, and perfect for making memories—whether it was staying up late fishing in the lake, sitting around the fire pit together, or just lounging and laughing. The birthday boy felt celebrated, and his smile made every effort worth it. Thank you so much for allowing my family and me to stay in your beautiful home.

Reviews of Brian's house all said that it it was very peaceful, private and relaxing with a beautiful view from the deck. Which were all true. My husband and pup are very good at chilling and really enjoyed their down time there. I enjoyed the two seafood lunches at Cedar River Seafood located only a few miles from the house. They have the best gator tail, ever! Thanks, Brian for hosting us!

Very nice place, we had a blast!

A brilliant long weekend in St Augustine! We relaxed, enjoyed the sunshine and the air conditioning in turn. Everything was there to cater for ourselves from the cozy kitchen. Located just a few minutes from the buzz of town. With a hire car, there were so many things to do and see within half an hour and parking space provided. Please can we come back - soon!!

We loved staying here and will for sure be back. Our little house was so perfect. It is in a great area with tons to do all around. Allison and Jay's home provided a guidebook to help show what to do and what there is around which helped tremendously!

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was a bit sparse but exactly what we needed to make some meals at home. The pool was great and the grill super useful. Great all around and close enough to everything!

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

Very cute apartment. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was a cat that greeted us every time we came back that looked exactly like our cat at home. Thank you for your hospitality.

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Great host! Beautiful property!!! Can’t ask for a better view for both sunrise and sunsets. Have stayed in the area many times and this place was the best. Felt at home when arriving and didn’t want to leave. The neighbors were friendly. I got the rest and great memories that I was wanting on this vacation.

Amazing stay! The location was perfect, right in front of the beach with stunning views. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely come back!

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
